The area is a mecca for coastal fishing, and tents may be set up on the property. With room for about 50 overnight stays, the place is ideal for weekend stays, family parties, and school trips. Nice kitchen and brand new toilet/bathroom make the place attractive. There are no neighbors here, and the silence is unique.

The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
