David’s spot was amazing especially with the morning and evening views from the living room of the Ardglass Harbor. A short walk to everything downtown and a quick 5 minute walk to the golf club. Will most certainly be returning to David’s spot. Thanks David!!

Delightful Cottage. Advantage of two bathrooms. Good showers and hot water. All facilities needed in the kitchen. peaceful location and thoroughly recommended property. Wonderful place to go for sightseeing. Recommend the Stone circle at Ballynoe . Great view of the mountains of Mourne.

I really enjoyed my stay near Downpatrick. Colleen provided clear instructions, her dad greeted me on arrival, and then Colleen arrived laden with armfuls of goodies. Great, clean, well-equipped house - I was on my own but would be comfortable for more. Friendly dog, too! Well located too, if you're having a week's holiday as I was. If you are too, places to visit include (in the order I did them): Killough, Castle Ward (NT), Castlewellan Forest Park, Dundrum Cricket Club, Killard Point Nature Reserve, Ardglass, Murlough Beach (NT), Tollymore Forest Park, Hen Mountain (shortish climb with great views), Mount Stewart (NT), Rowallane Garden (NT). All within a 50-minute drive. Down Leisure Centre in Downpatrick was good value for a swim, with Asda across the road from it catering for all my shopping needs. Not sure when I will be back in Northern Ireland, but as and when I am, I'll certainly look to visit once again!

Beautiful cottage in gorgeous surroundings. So close to the Quoile river walk and very handy for getting into Downpatrick and to other sights of interest. The cottage has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again 😁
