Top sauna and real pool. 15 minutes by Airbus bike it's perfect. The apartment is functional but no particular charm. In the long run, the lack of dishware can be felt, but Cedric was very nice when buying what was sorely missing. I bought the rest.

Florian, if I could have given 10 stars to your apartment I would have! Very nice decor, peaceful, terrace with garden for eating outside with the plancha available, kitchen with the necessary practical salt, pepper, oils... coffee and tea. towels, sheets, kitchen linen. basically we arrive, we settle in and we enjoy! and especially also the swimming pool, secure. the parking space is another plus. Seemingly cozy, smells good, functional! I'll come back without a problem.

Great place to stay in Toulouse. Nice central location close to the Capitole and the Metro. Easy walking distance to lots of sights. Well appointed.

We stayed here for two weeks whilst visiting our son and his family who live in Pibrac. It was ideal for our purposes. The location is quiet and has local shops very nearby. The house is extremely clean and has everything you need. My only hesitation is that anyone on the large side ( height or width wise) may find the bathroom rather cramped as it has a sloping ceiling. For us though it was fine. Would thoroughly recommend.

Close to the airport, practical side for a departure on a trip Private parking and cleanliness of the accommodation. Simple hosting. Good value for money. I recommend 😉

Perfect three night stay at Fanny's. The accommodation is as advertised, very pretty and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, you can park on the street. There is a small shop less than 5 minutes away, a pizzeria at the foot of the residence and the metro about 10 minutes walk away which makes it possible to get to the center of Toulouse in 15 minutes. Fanny is very responsive when asked and friendly. The accommodation was clean. No complaints. We did not use the hot tub for lack of time but it was there and in working order. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Perfect location for a family get together, loads of space for children to run around and enjoy themselves. We loved having BBQ's and playing boules after the sun went down. The towns of Albi and Rabastins are very close and well worth a visit

Vanessa was very available, before our arrival and throughout the stay. The accommodation suited us perfectly for a family of 4 and allowed us to reach the center of Toulouse without any problem: metro or car. We'll be happy to go back to Toulouse again.

Very large family home, it feels like home. The rooms are very large and there is space to store your belongings. The kitchen attached to the veranda, as well as the exteriors are ideal in summer. We particularly enjoyed the large pool with the small shower area, the covered space with a barbecue and a plancha and the bar table to drink cold drinks thanks to the small outdoor fridge available. The garden is also very large and you can rest in the shade of the 2 trees. Carl also provided us with his vegetable garden which allowed us to feast on tomatoes!!! Finally, I can only thank Carl for all the exchanges before and during the stay. He was keen to explain everything to us so that we could have a good holiday at his place. I wish him and his beautiful little family a good continuation.

My guests stayed with Xavier and their experience was great. The environment is particularly pleasant, and the house is both functional and welcoming.

The house is stunning! Although it was super hot the week we were there, the house stayed relatively cool - and the ceiling fans upstairs were a god send! The two upright fans were also great, and we carted them around the house with us. We had toddlers with us, so the beautiful pool and the amazing playground were highlights. Very well stocked kitchen, and great wifi (better than London in some spots!) Another highlight was Sharon’s list of activities - strongly recommend the farm (if you have young kids and / or love cheese), and the patisserie up the road. Thanks Sharon for a fab stay.
