Marcelo responds quickly and provides all the necessary instructions. The house matches the listing. Located in a great spot in Novas Brasília, close to all the beaches in the region, restaurants for lunch, snacks and even inns in case you want to have breakfast out. There were clean towels and linens. I went with my family and we would stay at the house again. The location with tranquility/privacy and a few meters from the beach was a very positive point for us.

Excellent stay on Ilha do Mel. Well-located environment, with a beautiful view and adequate structure. Unfortunately, one of the fans stopped working, so we got hot, but that was just a detail and didn't disrupt the stay. Note 10! Only the bottom fan didn't work with the intense heat.

My stay at Diandra's property was exceptional. The place is very good, the space is wonderful. The apartment is amazing, everything is new and extremely clean and fragrant. I'd live there easily. It is very comfortable, the indoor parking is great. Easy access to the highway, in 10 minutes you are in the center. Everything is close and accessible. I certainly recommend it to other travelers and, as I said, I would live there easily. God willing, I will return soon as the business I sowed in the region begins to flourish.

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was also very smooth and agile. The internet works very well in the room for work and meetings. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.
