Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, close to the center of Gaivotas. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, and it has a double bed in a spare room with a bathroom. Located 400 meters from the sea. The house has a covered garage, air conditioning in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, the other bedroom has a ceiling fan, there are two bathrooms, an outdoor shower. There are two houses on the same lot, but with private spaces and individual entrances, this residence being in the back.

A cozy place, three blocks from the sea, functional and very charming house, planned furniture, in the kitchen and in the suite. A patio with grass, flowers and a delightful swimming pool. There are still some external finishes to be the dream house, but it is certainly already a space with a lot of good energy to enjoy as a family, as it has a lot of affection in every detail.
