This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants, yet it felt like a peaceful retreat. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The property was clean and tidy, great value for money and perfect for what we needed. Alison was excellent the only issue we had was the upstairs being very noisy but this was no fault of the property, we will be booking for next years event

Loved our stay here, very comfortable and clean! My mum and I was working at the NEC for the GoodFood show and this flat is perfectly located for a quick 15-20 min drive. Onsite parking is very helpful too. Lots of restaurants and takeaway options after a busy day. I would 100% stay again for our next event at the NEC. Thank you so much!! x

Had a wonderful stay with Aftab. Could not praise the host more. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The place itself is a bit small, and with two of us it did feel a bit cramped, however it had everything you need, and if you’re out all day it shouldn’t matter so much. Thank you Aftab for having us! We would 100% happily stay under Aftab’s care again!

Amazingly exceptional weekend myself and my partner had. I’m glad we booked your place to celebrate his birthday which was the most perfect choice by a mile. Especially when one doesn’t fly out to exclusive places and you stay inland it’s a thrill to be able to enjoy every bit of your stay. The apartment is brilliantly done, just as on photos. Very modern and clean. The service and check in from Gino was exceptional. The view was everything and it’s close to everything one needed. Amazing stay!

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

This was a lovely apartment that was a great space to relax. It was light, airy, peaceful and clean, and there were basic essentials e.g. towels, tea, coffee that was useful. The host was communicative and responded quickly, although I only called once to sort out an issue with the tv. They called me back asap. I would stay again if needed.

Our stay at Esther’s place was great! It was so clean and exactly the same as the pictures. It was also really easy to get into central Birmingham from this flat. The only negative was that the flat got quite hot which could’ve been helped with a fan! Overall an amazing place to stay for the price and the proximity to the city centre- would definitely recommend :)

Secure flat based near Five Ways with nice interior design. Conveniently located close to tram station. Amenities included useful kitchen decent heating, dressing table, hairdryer, LED lights & TV. Overall, peaceful and private flat with a garden view 🪴

Stayed overnight with 2 friends to visit the BP Pulse venue. Easily big enough for 3 . Really easy to find from New Street Station ( less than 10 mins walk) and regular trains to Birmingham International which serves the venue. Toiletries and tea/ coffee sachets provided and a bottle of wine too! Large Tesco Express a few mins walk away for supplies and kitchen well equipped. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable comfcomfortabcomfyus

The host was very kind and pleasant, the place was clean and very spacious. Really nice place to stay if you are travelling to Birmingham. Close to the city centre so there is lots to do and places to eat. Overall my stay was great

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Kenneth was super helpful, went over and above and was really good with communications! Even went to the effort to write a card for us to welcome us! Beautiful red roses on the table, and a really good easy stay! Cant thank him enough

My boyfriend and I stayed at chambers last night. We loved how decorated and clean it was. Once we arrived we went and got a Chinese Which is close by. Once settled we got straight into the hot tub and wow the temperature was spot on the jets was heaven on our backs. And just enjoying the evening as it came. We would love to stay over again Wish we stayed longer. Thank you chambers Hopefully talk to you again very soon.

Fantastic place to stay.. Host was really nice. Price was quite high but still good. Very responsive and sorted all the issues out .

For the price per person it’s incredible value, especially as the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room provide an excellent addition. It’s not luxurious but the beds are really comfortable and the shower was good. A great stay as we visited Hanbury Hall.

The host was great and the place was very clean. The location was close to everything the only thing I could say negative would be that the way into the apartment is long and if he wasn’t available to call I would of struggled however, he was very active and responsive.
