This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

This special place is a stones throw from all the local attractions, buzzing street bars and every type of restaurant to suit those lovers of gastronomy delights. This newly renovated grade 2 listed apartment is surrounded by striking period architecture, the building itself originally dates back to circa 1600. It is said to have been the home of Richard Quiney, a contemporary of Shakespeare.

A delightful two-bedroom detached cottage with free parking for up to two cars. Located next to our working boathouse in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon, with a charming outlook over the lawn to the river. A five minute walk over the footbridge to the theatre and the centre of town. Secluded private sunny patio with outdoor table and chairs, plus the riverbank to yourself in the evening. Masons Court is a stunning example of a medieval hall, located right in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, a lively and historic market town. Built in 1481 the house is recognised as the oldest house in Stratford-upon-Avon and many original features remain including two 16th century wall paintings. Visitors will find themselves within a few minutes walk of Shakespeare's birth place, Royal Shakespeare theatre, River Avon and a wide range of restaurants and bars.

The flat has recently been totally refurbished and is very light and airy. It is fully fitted with a large flat TV, Sonos, fully equipped kitchen, luxury bed linen and towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and basics . It is located just a minutes' walk from Shakespeares Birthplace and is within easy walking distance from the train station. If anything isn’t there just ask we will do our best to provide.
