Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Baltic Sea

This charming listing is even better than advertised. Arrival instructions were clear and we arrived on a very cold day and the host had heated the apartment for us. Stepping in felt like a warm hug and it was easy to make ourselves at home. It's a beautiful property, full of light and a kitchen with enough gadgets and plates to make an elaborate meal. Sophie was an extremely communicative hostess, sharing relevant information and checking in occasionally. The town itself is very walkable, cute and full of friendly locals. If you have a car, definitely zip around to other towns and check out Binz, Göhren, Baabe, etc. Drive yourself to KARL's and enjoy an affordable lunch and all of the strawberry flavored treats and accessories that you can handle. Königsstuhl was a fun excursion and hike as well. After a full day out of sightseeing this penthouse was a perfect retreat and landing pad. Huge, plush couch, great tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect property for my first Ostsee visit.

Great apartment and neighborhood. Large bathroom by Stockholm standards. The area is beautiful and provides good access to the rest of the city. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. It is worth noting that at night, you need the apartment key to open the building door (the door code stops working). This is not a problem, but it wasn't clear at first.

There are hosts, super hosts, and then there’s Robin. He is that Nordic man who turns warm-hearted and kind once you get past the first sentence. The apartment is a cozy little haven, and everything is exactly as described in the listing. The location is a peaceful suburban area, yet easily accessible to central Stockholm, with Robin's precise directions ensuring a completely stress-free arrival. The free parking around is worth its weight in gold in Stockholm. Robin is incredibly attentive. His recommendations—from top pastry spots to classic Stockholm restaurants and the best places to shop for jackets—were absolute gems. The fact that he thought to stock toothpicks shows how well-tuned he is to the minor detail. The apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator (typical for European buildings), so pack light. The shower cubicle is compact—think airplane bathroom rather than a hotel spa. Thank you, Robin, for a memorable, comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable stay.

Boendet var trevligt, rent, fräsch, nära överallt, bra, snabb och enkel kommunikation med Felix. Rekommenderas!

Wir erlebten im Ferienparadies Grube eine tolle Woche. Die Unterkunft ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr idyllisch mit einem sensationell großen Garten, in dem man lange verweilen kann. Insgesamt ist die Lage einfach super: sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig günstig, da sich bereits in unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurant (gleich nebenan), Bäcker, Supermärkte uvm. befinden. Am Ende der Straße liegt die schöne, alte Dorfkirche, die sehr sehenswert ist. So bietet der kleine Ort Grube bereits einiges an Kultur, aber vor allem an Natur. Hier gibt es Vogelbeobachtungsstationen und bezaubernde, kleine Wege durch die ehemaligen See-Niederungen, von denen wir tolle Sonnenuntergänge und Mondaufgänge erleben konnten. Mit dem Auto waren wir schnell an schönen Ecken an der Ostsee, wie Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, Grömitz und an den kleineren Stränden, die man auch einfach mit dem Fahrrad erreichen könnte. Danke an Benjamin und Elke für dieses schöne Feriendomizil mit den vielen Möglichkeiten und Begegnungen.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, schöne Unterkunft, ob für Familien oder Hundebesitzer, komplett eingezäunter Garten, das war uns bei der Buchung wichtig. Unser Highlight war die Sauna. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spaziergehen ein.

Nah am Strand & an der Natur (schöne Waldspazierrunde!), trotzdem auch alles was man braucht in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker…). Es war ruhig aber nicht abgelegen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Im Apartment selbst fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause und es ist alles (!) vorhanden, um bestens selbst zu kochen. Absolut Premium :)

Amazing home, quiet, spacious and very clean, Lars greeted us warmly with some welcome wine and drinks and was extremely helpful explaining everything to us. The house has everything you may need and more, like instant sparkling water even. Anything you may need to prepare a meal is available. Oled TV is a plus. Fresh air at this neighborhood and very safe. Spacious 4 bedrooms, the house is perfect for a mid to large family, I will definitely try to book the same house for our family again next year. Very impressed and greatful to Lars for his warm hospitality.

Ein Haus am Ende der Welt. Wunderschön, wenn man auf der Suche nach Ruhe ist!

Mooie plek. Goed uitzicht vanuit het huis. Rustige omgeving. Mooi huis met alle voorzieningen. We vonden het leuk om de haard in de avond aan te steken. En de dieren rondom het huis zoals reeën en een bever.

So eine tolle Unterkunft, Grundstück und die besten Gastgeber ever. Wir hatten eine super schöne Osterzeit bei Katja und Ben. Die beiden waren sowas von entspannte und interessante Gastgeber wie man es nur sehr sehr selten erlebt. Wir freuen uns die beiden kennengelernt zu haben.

The house is really really nice and well equipped. We were 2 families and had plenty of space. The orangerie is magical and a joy to hang out in. There is a large variety och tables, sofas, armchairs so everyone can pick their own spot and you can have dinners at different places etc. Jette is a very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended.

Wir haben wundervolle Ostertage mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) in Schmatzin verbracht. Besonders begeistert waren sie vom großen Garten mit Schaukel, Hängegriffen und Sandkasten – ein echtes Paradies zum Spielen und Toben. Auch im Haus haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt: Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und hatte die besten Matratzen, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Zugegeben, die landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeuge sind hörbar, doch nach ein paar Nächten gewöhnt man sich daran. (Zu unserem Aufenthalt war allerdings auch Kartoffellegung) Unsere Kinder schliefen oben zum Garten hin und wurden davon nicht gestört. Die Nachbarschaft war angenehm ruhig – wir haben die Nachbarn kaum gesehen und überhaupt nicht gehört. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich wunderschön und bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, sodass garantiert keine Langeweile aufkommt.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Tallinn. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore the main attractions on foot. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Tanja ist eine wunderbare, sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Bei Fragen antwortet sie sehr schnell und die Kommunikation war angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist wirklich groß, alle Zimmer sind wie beschrieben und mit viel Herz und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben als Familie, mit zwei Kindern und der Oma, eine Woche dort verbracht und hatten eine wirklich schöne, ruhige und erholsame Zeit. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen und DVDs für Kids und die ganze Familie. Auch die Betten sind super bequem, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, so dass wir alle wunderbar geschlafen haben. Liebe Tanja, vielen Dank und alles Gute für dich und deine Familie.

Everything was very good. It was a short stay, so I did not have that long time to enjoy the apartment, but everything was exactly as it is written in the description. The apartment is located in Vantaa, a bit outside Helsinki, with a train station with trains to both Helsinki and the airport just around the corner. Jorma was very helpful. It was a nice stay.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment is very comfortable so I felt totally at home. Highly recommend this place for travel and work!
