The space is an occupied home which has access to two large bedrooms, one double and one king. Both rooms are decorated to a high standard and bright. You will have access to a large open kitchen, diner and living space with TV, Netflix and other smart apps. You will have access to a large garden and outdoor area with outdoor dining and seating. The house is occupied so some storage spaces will have owners items. Allocated spaces have been provided for guests when they occupy the home.

Barmeath Castle is an historical Irish castle which was build in the 17th century. The estate features a number of beautiful scenic walks, tennis court and 12 acres of maintained gardens. The Guest Wing was refurbished in 2021 as a self-contained guest house. The main talking points of the guest house include, a full ceiling fresco of the local shore line and a view of the mountains which is second to none. We are close to Seapoint and Baltray Golf Club . Perfectly sited for all the attractions of Ireland's Ancient East, the historic town of Drogheda is just three miles away. The Bunker's traditional style makes for a homely, cosy atmosphere, while the extensive, well equipped, open plan living area creates the perfect social space for larger groups.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
