Light a romantic fire in the wood stove and enjoy a glass of wine whilst taking in the views from multiple oversized windows. Stargaze from the loft bed through a large skylight. Enjoy grabbing an apple from the deck set within the apple trees which connects the tree house to the matching bathroom pod.
“One of the most unique, special place we’ve ever stayed in! Had such an amazing time, all the small touches made this experience even more memorable, such as cocktails and a basket of food with some of the essentials you’d need. The hosts are so so friendly and made us right feel at home.The minute you step inside you can immediately tell they put so much love into the tree house. We can not recommend it enough honestly everyone needs to come here, at least once in their life 😁”
A small slice of paradise on the sunny side of Lough Derg:-) The boathouse is self contained with full kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bed. Private veranda with seating for 2 and a small BBQ. (No pets allowed)
“Pops Dream lived up to everything I had imagined and more. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. Barry is a wonderful host who went out of his way to help us and answer any questions we had. He prepared the barbecue for us before we arrived and provided firewood for the stove. Bring swimwear as the water is actually very mild and nice for a swim.”
Beachcombers Cottage is a lovely modern 2 bedroom holiday home located beside the glorious blue flag Fintra Beach. Its located on the Wild Atlantic Way only 20 minutes drive from the famous Slieve League Sea Cliffs . Killybegs fishing port with its hotels, pubs and restaurants is located just 3kms away. Part of a small group of exclusive holiday homes, located behind the sand dunes, with the beach just a short short stroll beyond. An idyllic setting with simply breathtaking scenary all around.
“This house is fab. It is SO clean and so well finished inside. It is less than 10 minutes to a beautiful beach. Our stay was during coronavirus outbreak so nothing was open in Killybegs, but there were cute wee coffeeshops and restaurants we were hoping to try. The house was a real treat for my husband, 8 month and myself to self isolate in, with lots of beach walks. Thanks Tom”
