Es ist im Prinzip ein Zimmer in einem Apartment-Gebäudekomplex. Für viele Thailänder sind die Zustände, wie in dieser Unterkunft alltäglich und normal. Die anderen Apartments scheinen auch an Thailänder dauerhaft vermietet zu sein. Man lebt also wie ein Thailänder, zwischen Thailänder. Wenn man nicht möchte, bekommt man aber nicht viel von seinen Nachbarn mit. Für den Preis auf eine angemessene Unterkunft, und die Gastgeberin war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und proaktiv mit Hinweisen. Für jemanden, der kein Luxushotel braucht, sondern nur ein paar Wochen einen Platz zum Schlafen, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Kann man auf jeden Fall so machen.

I had really good experiences here. Staffs are kind and friendly 🥰 I came here alone, but I never felt lonely. I’m sure I will come and stay here again. Next time I would like to stay the hotel that same owner built in front of this apartment. I’m really looking forward to seeing you and your staffs again. Thank you for everything.

I stayed 7 days and extended 30 more. Poh, was very helpful in my stay and extended stay. The place is unique in the architecture and design of decorations furniture etc. The location is perfect for traveler. Whether you call for service, bag with essential room needs appear without asking. I will pin this spot for future stays. PeaCe OuT JB STARK USMC-USANG RET

The hospitality and generosity of this family was unbelievable. I loved the pre loved hello Kitty themed bedroom and bathroom. This is a homestay and not for those who expect pristine surfaces and clean edges and all the mod cons. In saying that I had access to wifi, a hot shower and a separate living area. The family are very involved in local public health and community well being, there are some lovely sights to visit. They have 4 cute French Bulldogs. I enjoyed a couple of home cooked meals with organic produce from the beautiful and productive home gardens. Gay, the daughter, took me out to see sights at night and was able to share insights into this city and culture. She had also spent time in Australia and the States- which meant that she understood the perceived quirks of foreign visitors and could translate for me. She is the embodiment of Hello Kitty!! I loved this experience and recommend it highly to those who don’t want to do the typical apartment/ hotel thing.
