Edward, your property and its design is immaculate. The location and views are surreal. “Mr Wayne” who runs the house for Edward and speaks very fluent English is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From first communications, to sorting out taxi + a vehicle rental for us everything was seamless and Wayne sorted it out with no rush for payment, we settled bill at end of holiday for these services. It is on the pricier end of accommodation here in Thailand but it is worth every penny. I cannot get over the morning views and the surrounding scenery, be it a beautiful morning or slightly misty and raining we just felt like we were in paradise. We went as a couple and had an excellent time. We plan to come back here multiple times with a group of friends. This will now become our base of operations for any and all Krabi / Ao Nang activities. The bed, pool, kitchen area and bathrooms are unreal. A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

A Serene location right in the middle of the Hustling City of Bangkok. We both loved the location on AirBnB and it was actually the same. Looking over the Chao Phraya River and the Skyscrapers of Bangkok, this building has a lot more to offer. We took the oppurtunity to visit the 64th floor and take a night view of the city. Stella has been a lovely host and had already given the Map of the surroundings with all types of services. The bedroom is nice, the kitchen has all the equipments, the linen was great, the lift is responsive and quick. Overall a very good and comfortable stay, we made a lot of memories and strongly recommend this place to all on a 10/10 scale.

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

Great place! We had a lovely time

Probably the most stunning view I have ever seen and I have stayed in a lot of places in SE asia. We were met at the door for check in and Rio when above and beyond for us, super fast replies and got us taxis, a motorbike, food recommendations, any issues we had he fixed, he was amazing. Beds were super comfortable and it was so clean, the pool was just incredible. The area is quiet and private which feels like you’re in pure bliss. The only thing I’d note is that we didn’t realise the hill to get up was so steep. We got a motorbike and struggled in the past 6pm where it was dark as it so steep and the road was uneven, it takes about 8-10 mins to get up and is windy roads so would be hard to walk and would take maybe 30 + mins. I would suggest using the taxis Rio provides! The taxi always stopped at 7 eleven for us to get water then drove us up the hill - do NOT let this put you off booking though, favourite place I’ve stayed!

Stunning house and even more stunning beach. Just remember you’re in the middle of no where and need transport to get to shops or restaurants. Location makes up for that.

Just go ahead and book this property!!!! I honestly don’t know where to start. This isn’t just the nicest place I’ve stayed in Thailand, it’s the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was excellent, Chris met us and took us through all the house has, local places to see, restaurants that deliver to the property. Covered a lot. The property is stunning. The pool area out of this world. One of the reasons I booked was hearing about the nature surrounding the house. First 24 hours of being there we had a snake visit, now this may put some off, but they have no interest in you. Approach and they move away. We also had bats that evening, one stayed on the ceiling of the lounge area. There were countless lizards and frogs. Squirrels. It was really great, my kids absolutely loved it. Also, Chris’ dog deefer spent a lot of time with us. There was an extremely friendly cat that my daughter fell for. I don’t have enough words available to describe this place. It was unforgettable!!!
