Holiday rentals with a kayak in Banana River

What a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to do at the house to stay entertained, we barely wanted to leave. They provide literally everything you could need, and even had welcome snacks when we arrived. The house is close to a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

This was a magical place! We loved kayaking in the kayaks provided, off of our very own dock. We loved watching dolphins swim in the canal next to the house. Kathy is a great host! She was so responsive and accommodating! We want to return again!

This is a very wonderful place. We have booked it for the next 3 weeks. We absolutely love it. I'm sure you will, too.

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

We will definitely be back to this place! It has amazing space throughout the house, with a very open floorplan. The enclosed pool/spa area is so peaceful! We got out on the kayaks and went down the river. There is also a paddleboat, but we didn't end up using it. The ocean/beach access is literally right across the street. I prefer to stay on the Banana River side to kayak and because it's way more private. The garage has a nice car to haul chairs across the street in a very lightweight, easy manor. We didn't bring our pets, but it is pet friendly and I met my friend with her dogs at the the dog park which is also right across the street by the Lori Wilson beach access/grilling/park area. Our host had amazing communication! Best airbnb I've ever stayed in and that's saying A LOT because we travel A LOT.

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for our family to gather and spend quality time together. One of my favorite moments was waking up early to watch the sunrise from the dock—so peaceful. My brothers had a blast fishing too. The house itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and just the right fit for all of us. Lindsey was an amazing host—so responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The location was ideal. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and love walking the beach, biking, reading quietly, and visiting the Space Center and local restaurants. This was our third visit to this area, but we believe this unit suits us best. It was a quiet, peaceful one-bedroom unit, with an open feel with adequate room for eating, relaxing, writing and has a small, private, outdoor patio. We would love to return and stay again if we have the opportunity. Kay, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Penny’s cottage was the perfect place for a quiet get away. Penny was on vacation herself but she still made sure we had every thing we needed. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and close to everything. We would definitely come back. Thank you Penny for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What a fabulous place to unwind and celebrate my husband's 60th birthday!! The cottage or bungalow itself is incredible. It's perfectly furnished with everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We used the trolley to wheel our wine and charcuterie down the dock. We also tried our luck with the provided blue crab pots, but weren't successful. Katharyn was a fantastic host, and responded immediately to any questions. We'll be back!!

Enjoyed staying at Jacki's. easy walk to the beach - didn't have to pay for parking. Find the silverware under the overhang of the island.

Jacki a very gracious host. We appreciated the close proximity to both the beach on the east and the Indian river to the west. Took both the kayaks and bikes for a spin and had a great time.

This was our second stay and we love it at Brenda's! It's SO peaceful, the river, dock, big trees.... such a beautiful place. Plus it's so convenient to restaurants the beach, and our kids who live in Melbourne!
