Both apartments north and south facing have a view of the countryside. The grounds have security cameras and an alarm system. The garden is equipped with tables for your use. We also live on the premisses so any request you may have we are available.

The flat has access to the Belfiore gardens which are one of the magical places in Mantua at any time of year. The gardens overlook the Mincio River, which forms the upper lake of Mantua. In the centre is a unique and extensive cultivation of lotus flowers that was planted in the early 20th century. The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.
