40 m2 studio completely refurbished (2023), air-conditioned and very well equipped, south-facing, very bright, with magnificent views of the sea, in a 14-hectare park of fenced pine forest and guarded 24/7. The residence is equipped with a 25 m swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, a private port, and access to a pebble beach. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

The apartment and its large terrace overlook the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for a couple or a family of 4. Close to the city center, you can spend your vacation in peace and quiet with your feet in the water, with private access to the sea. During the high season, we rent our apartment on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and cost of parking right next to the apartment, and you can enjoy your vacation on foot, beaches, restaurants, and relaxation.

The bedding was changed in July 2023 (new 160 cm sofa bed), to improve comfort.
