Condo holiday rentals in Bang Khae

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

Great apartment. Clean and smell fresh. Apartment was on ground floor nearby to laundry room. Walking distance to the nearest 7-11 ad well as BTS (Bangkok train station). But we always take Bolt or Grab ride. Had to wait at the main alley for the ride coz the driver gets confused on where to find the place but it was no trouble as it's a very very short walk to the main alley like 20 meter or so. Tara, the host was always responsive. Will definitely stay here again

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Lebua State Tower during our trip to Bangkok, and I must say it was one of the most memorable stays we had, largely thanks to our fantastic host, Mr. Park, and the exceptional quality of his Airbnb. From the very beginning, Mr. Park was an absolute gem to communicate with. He responded to all my inquiries quickly and thoroughly, providing clear directions for check-in and helpful tips about the area and local recos. Upon arrival, Mr. Park ensured that everything in the room was in perfect condition for our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of, far beyond what you might typically expect from an Airbnb host. The room itself is simply breathtaking. The unit is located in the iconic Lebua State Tower. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the spectacular view of the Chao Phraya River and the cityscape will stay with you long after your trip.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very friendly staff and Bhumidol goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Easy check in. The room was clean and well-maintained. There’s a coffee shop and a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor. The location is excellent—close to both BTS and MRT stations, all within walking distance. Perfect for both leisure and business trips.

Beautiful and spacious this apartment is thoughtfully designed to create a destination in itself, an oasis in the midst of city bustle. There is access to Skytrain and metro within a few mins walk, a calm park and many restaurants and shops. Best of all was our host, Hooray, who was not only endlessly patient with questions but charming and helpful. Book it!

Очень дружеблюдный владелец, рядом есть food mall, тц и ночной рынок. На такси до аэропорта ехать примерно 20 минут. Оставались чисто переночевать, все понравилось

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the BTS. There are lots of hotels within the area so ensure your driver stops at the Trinity Complex, not at Trinity Silom. Great skyline day and night time view.

주변에 놀거리가 많아서 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 사진과같이 집이 아주 넓고 쾌적합니다. 방콕에 다시 올때 또 방문 할 예정입니다.

Really liked staying here - great central location with lots of restaurants and coffeeshops, close to two metro stations, the apartment itself is super clean, clutter-free but has everything you need - very neatly organized with great attention to detail. Buay, the host, is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Favorite part was the view - the apartment looks out to the west, so you get to see the sunset every evening.

Ein tolles Erlebnis Nuttamas Unterkunft! Zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gutes Bett, ich hab wirklich prima geschlafen. Das helle blitzsaubere Bad ist riesig und hat überall gute Ablagen für alles was man so an Kosmetik braucht. Die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Stadt ist wirklich grandios und besonders abends wenn alles beleuchtet und ist, kann man sich nicht satt sehen!!! Das Gym ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und nach dem Training kann man sich in dem Pool mit langen Schwimmbahnen abkühlen. Wenn man abends voller Erlebnisse aus dem quirligen Bangkok wieder einkehrt, empfängt einen eine freundliche Empfangsdame und wohltuende Musik am Aufzug - man entspannt sofort. Der Checkin war mega einfach, komfortabel und unkompliziert. Nuttama ist wirklich immer zu erreichen. Toll ist auch der 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe wo man alles bekommt. Und an der Hauptstraße links nur ein paar Meter entfernt finden sich zahlreiche Garküchen, frisches Obst, Kaffee. Danke Nuttama, ich komme wieder!

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Cheers to the great hosts. the view is breathtaking !!

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

Ich hatte eine absolut fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Schon beim Betreten war klar, wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier steckt: Alles war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, das Bett war super bequem, und ich habe jede Nacht wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage ist super Zentral mit allem Wichtigen in der Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des Hosts. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt! Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Aufenthalt!
