This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Amazing Villa. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Very smart and clean interior. Great space in living room. Bedrooms were all great sizes with in suite. Very clean and well maintained place. All furniture spotless and new. Great communication with grace, very friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing as was with my mother lots of things close by which could walk to, food, markets restaurants literally everything you could need. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Stayed in Pattaya 5 months and by the best accommodation I had during my staff. Will be returning in October. Thanks grace

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

Great location and place with all modern utilities

Claudio was proactive in communicating with me and my group. Claudio got in touch with me a day prior to check-in. Due to geography and local unorthodox address listing google maps had us a few blocks away from the residence. Claudio assisted us with finding the location. Note: if renting this place and using a ride share service ask Claudio for the exact address to use. We initially had issues with that as the residence address can sometimes can be confusing for drivers. Outside of that, the place is as advertised. No bad rooms in this house. Ample space for large groups, the larger bedrooms on the top floor that face the pool were excellent. The pool dimensions and depth are approximately 25ftx15ftx4ft. I would say it can comfortably fit 7-10 people and even more kids without feeling crowded. The home is situated within walking distance of several store/shops. You'll be amongst the locals which I personally like. I would recommend and would rent a this place again!

We really enjoyed our-stay at sammy place. He is very polite and good communicator.Everything is close by. Price wise very very reasonable . Really five star place. Ocean front really beautiful. We will stay again:)

Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Its was great for someone who likes to have a good quality of sleep and also easy to beach and convenient store

I really highly recommend this place very clean and peaceful place for a recharge , One of my favourite places to stay will definitely return.

This location is Adjoining Central Mall and Next to Hilton hotel… it’s best to commute. Moreover the best part with Honeys place is cleanliness and best place to stay with your family… Superb and amazed with our experience..

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. The apartment was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Excellent communication with the host, who was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended!

Place was really clean and decorated nicely. Really close to the beach, sunset view from balcony. 7/11 was a 5 minute walk from the bnb, couple block further was a night market with tons of food and drink options. Would definitely stay here again we had a really pleasant experience here.

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet
