I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

Me and my kids absolutely LOVED this place! The unit was so clean and comfortable! The pool on the balcony leading into the larger pool was AMAZING! So worth the money we paid and all The amenities! Multiple restaurants nearby with good food! Definitely will be renting again on my Next trip to Thailand!

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

it's not huge but well laid out with fab views of the town and beach. the building is great and the rooftop pool is spectacular

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

The villa is very cost-effective.Among all the villas I've stayed in Pattaya, this price for a villa so close to the beach and within walking distance of the Central Night Market is really great, highly recommended

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Really nice little apartment for a solo traveler with everything in it and some nice art work on the walls. The host is very friendly and helpful and the building is quiet as is the neighborhood.

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.
