Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bang Yai District

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a kitchen utensils. The host (birdy) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great local spots nearby for food and coffee. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

Very good welcome, impeccable apartment, very clean, very good location, there is nothing to complain about, we would just have liked a small balcony but this is independent of our host. Thanks again for this welcome, everything was perfect.

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Great place, 24/7 pool, lovely area, lovely staff. The one thing to note and criticize is the internet is very spotty - although you can get prepaid sim cards for an affordable price.

I recommend it. The photos are accurate, and the apartment is cozy and equipped with everything necessary. The only downside is that you can clearly hear the neighbors from the next apartment — though I suspect this is due to structural issues after the earthquake (there are visible cracks at the wall joints, which seem more like damage from a natural disaster than a flaw of the apartment itself). I believe the owner will fix it soon.

Nice place in the heart of Bangkok! Place was clean and clear instructions were given to enter the place. Pickup service from the airport can be arranged with additional cost as well but appreciate the service. 2nd room was small as per other reviews and location is about 5-7 mins walk to Platinum. There were two 7-11s located nearby which was good as well! Did not use the facilities but the guys did and said the pool was beautiful and gym was great! Slightly pricey but a good option for friends to stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Will recommend!

Amy's place was delightful, conveniently located near shops and equipped with all the necessities. She was an exceptional host, always quick to respond, with clear communication and straightforward instructions. Incredibly cozy with minimalistic charm. Amenities abound, including comfy towels, a plush bed, and fantastic Japanese automatic toilet! Perfect location near Arena Impact and Thunderdome, with a new MRT station adding convenience. My only wish? Bikes or scooters for easy local exploration. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. The location is very safe and friendly but there are several houses quite run down nearby. Air conditioning works perfectly and is very necessary. Has washer and drier available, which is very useful for longer stays. Patty is very responsive and frindly in her communication. Highly recommended.

Spot-on location right next to bts and a bunch of 7/11. The house is new and well cleaned, although there’s no elevator but it somehow makes it feel more like home. We had a really comfortable stay, the whole group loved it. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

What a lovely place! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is around peaceful neighborhood, also close to Bangkok's main attractions. The house itself is charming and unique- lots of traditional character with a cozy, lived-in feel. Home is well maintained, very neat. There was a ready supply of drinking water in the fridge, just as we needed them. Air-conditioning was excellent, there is a microwave and garment steamer, complete with other basic amenities. Host, Darin was very responsive and accommodating.

Loved staying at Stephen’s apartment on the 21st floor view was insane and the place was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood around Sukhumvit 11 is lively but safe, with great restaurants, bars, and BTS Nana just a short walk away. Everything was smooth, from check-in to communication. Felt like home for those few days. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m 100% staying here again.

Beautiful little apartment in Bang Sue area, the check in and check out process were easy and very well described. Apartment is nice, very private and isolate from others. I also like the gym and pool a lot, gym is small but it’s never crowded so you can do your thing. 7-eleven is right in front of building. All listed amenities been included so it was very good stay for me.

I'm very glad we stayed at Viboon’s place. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed (towels, bed linen, even things like cotton swabs). There's a washing machine on the balcony. Despite the large number of apartments on the floor, it was completely quiet — we didn't hear any noise at all. There’s access to a gym and swimming pool, which was also a nice bonus. The residential complex itself deserves a special mention. The grounds are very well maintained, and there’s a small pond with frogs. I was especially pleased to see many containers for separate waste collection. There’s a 7/11 very close by, and right across the street are Big C and the MRT Bang Krasor station. We were warmly welcomed and seen off — thank you again, Viboon and Suzy! We’ll definitely be back :)

The stay was clean and there was air conditioning. the bathroom is in the room which is great. The 7 eleven was next door.

This is my repeated stay with Penny. Even though it’s been 1 year apart between my reservation with her but she still can remember me. She is one of the best host I have known. Very accommodating and even provides some free drinking water in the room. She provides clear instructions on check in and always response to messages whenever I have questions. Surrounding amenities includes major shopping malls, restaurants, BTS etc. Overall good experience with the host and location thru out my stay at the apartment.
