We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean when we arrived, cozy, and nicely furnished, definitely made us feel at home. Aesthetic interior layout and design! The kitchen was a huge plus, with complete utensils, a rice cooker, and a microwave, great for cooking. Note that Foodpanda isn't available; GrabFood has limited options (Jollibee, one local spot). A grocery run is recommended for longer stays. Upon arrival, we got the wrong key box code, but the host responded immediately with the correct one. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, even allowing family to stay at no extra charge. Minor issues: the bathroom had a strange odor (could use air freshener), and the sliding door was stiff with some small bugs. There is also no hot shower. Overall, despite these minor issues, it's a great place with a very responsive and kind host! We'd definitely consider coming back!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Everything is great except for a few errors in Google Maps search

First of all, I love sir Tim the host! Very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect with a mall near by and great restaurant. The pool was nice, new, and clean. Great staff and security. Sir Tim’s place was very clean and new. It was a studio type room but had customized furniture that utilized the whole area! I highly recommend staying at this place! WiFi was fast! And I look forward to booking this place again!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, stylish, and well-maintained the space was. The condo had a modern yet cozy feel, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect conveniently close to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself was secure, with friendly staff. Jonna was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed and even provided great local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend Jonna’s condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay in the city. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!

Stayed here for 2 days and had a good time. Very accessible to It Park and Grab services. Easy check-in process, guards are friendly. There’s a convenient store on the ground floor which was nice. For those working from home, the WIFI is reliable. But there’s no blackout curtains so the room is quite lit during the day. Tough for those working the night shift. Also, the towel they provided was quite old and I ended up buying my own towel. There are toilet papers provided but no toothbrush/paste so you need to bring your own. Overall the cost was worth it. I had a wonder time at Dee’s place. The view was awesome, the room was relatively clean and all functioning amenities. As a host, Dee was very helpful and very responsive to the needs of her guests. Would definitely book again soon.

Had a wonderful stay at Jovanny's place as it was exactly described warm and thoughtfully decorated. The host was responsive and made the check in process super easy. Would love to come back.

Hands down the best host and best value spot in Cebu. 24th floor so the view is amazing, everything was clean and modern. Host was extremely responsive to my questions. For the price nothing beats this. Everything from restaurants, street food, mall was all within 5 minutes of walking. Host gave us extra towels and a blankets when we asked. Seriously this place and host is a 10/10.

Nice little 2br accommodation. Bed was very clean and had a very comfortable mattress. Netflix worked great. Nice big fridge and freezer. Plenty of soap, paper towels, pots and pans, kitchen fully equipped. Large bottled water dispenser so you will never need to buy water. Check your distances to where you want to spend your time. A bit far from the main shopping malls. It’s a great place to enjoy cooking and the patio. There is a BBQ and table and chairs outside. The photos represent the place well. Shower water heater worked perfectly as did the AC. If you need a 2BR this is great value for money.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stylish Luxe. The place is incredibly comfortable and feels just like home. My kids were thrilled, especially with the swing, which added extra fun for them. We loved bonding over Netflix in the cozy living room. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus—it allowed us to prepare home-cooked meals and save a lot of money. I’ll definitely return to Cebu and choose Stylish Luxe again for our stay!

Our stay was great and peaceful. There's a mountain view in front and was very relaxing. Also, the place is free from the outside noise. Very spacious, good for a larger group who wants to do team building activities too.

The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines.
