Holiday rentals with a patio in Baños y Mendigo

Booked this apartment for a golf trip for 3 adults and it was perfect for us. Right beside the golf course, in fact, we watched the junior tournament from the balcony as they were all coming into the 18th hole. Balcony was spacious and plenty of seating. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, including underground parking for the hire car. One of us got out the car, grabbed the keys from the lock box, went upstairs and grabbed the garage door fob and went back down and opened it for the car to get in. It’s 3-4 minute walk to restaurants and bars so very easy location for that, and flat walk all the way along. Overall nice apartment and I would go back next time I’m visiting the area.

Las fotos y la descripción coincidían, a la playa caminando muy bien y cerca , nosotros íbamos en coche por ir con 2 peques pero con el parking de casa hacía todo más cómodo. Había de todo y mucho más para disfrutar de las piscinas y la playa, ideal para familias! Descansó garantizado!

Excelente todo, piso muy bien equipado, cómodo y limpio. La atencion de los anfitriones la mejor, siempre atentos a todo. Totalmente recomendarle!!!!!

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

Dankzij de duidelijke uitleg was het appartement goed te vinden en het zelf inchecken geen probleem. Communicatie met Beatrice was snel en vriendelijk. Appartement kwam overeen met de foto's en het enorme balkon had uitzicht op de golfbaan en bergen. Het was er heerlijk rustig. We hadden het appartement voor 2 weken geboekt maar zijn helaas eerder vertrokken vanwege de muggen. Spanje schijnt dit jaar een muggenplaag te hebben vanwege het natte voorjaar. Heel jammer want de locatie en het appartement waren geweldig.

Lovely apartment and added bonus of pool which is lovely. Host very helpful and responsive. Would definitely use again.

Danke für einen tollen Urlaub! Wir wurden sehr nett von Mila in Empfang genommenen und die gesamte Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, um sich wohl zu fühlen und hat eine top Lage mit Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke nochmal :)

Alojamiento expectacular. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa preciosa con todo lo que podiamos necesitar y más. Mis hijos han disfrutado mucho de la piscina y zonas de juego y nosotros tambien. Ubicacion excepcional, perfecta para visitar los alrededores. Urbanizacion segura y muy tranquila. Nichola y Chrissy muy amables y responden rápido. Repetiremos. Muchas gracias por la experiencia 🤗

Nice House with many Stores nearby, but would still recommend to rent a car or your stuck in the little town

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Hemos pasado unos días de reencuentro en familia maravillosos ! La casa tiene una ubicación accesible a todo.. tanto en coche como andando !. Es súper cómoda ! Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

super agradable la estancia en la casa de José , la casa es mucho más bonita en persona que en fotografías está todo muy limpio , mucho menaje de cocina , todo muy limpio toallas y sabanas limpias nos encantó la vivienda y el trato recibido la zona muy tranquila y muy bien ubicada , nos sentimos como en casa recomiendo 100% el apartamento de José

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Asunto oli puhdas ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Jesus oli hyvin tavoitettavissa ja antoi selkeät ohjeet. Rannalla oli mukava kävellä ja uima-altaalla oli hyvin tilaa.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein
