Great Family Holiday in Villamartin! "We recently spent 7 wonderful days in this lovely apartment in Villamartin, Spain, with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. Agustín was very kind at all times. The house is great, everything new and nicely decorated. The super comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Definitely 100% recommended. It is also in the center of the city where you have access to everything.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the accommodation, much more spacious than in the photos, decoration and perfect condition. The terrace is spectacular. Despite being able to park on the street, the fact that they let us use the garage is also a plus. Good location and very quiet area to disconnect and rest. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The host and family member who welcomed us were very kind and attentive, giving us many facilities at all times. It was a wonderful stay, and if we can, we will definitely repeat. Thank you for sharing this home and giving guests a great vacation great.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

The house is beautiful, everything is very clean and very well maintained. His parents were at our disposal at all times, respecting our privacy and at the same time, making sure that we did not lack anything. A spectacular house, with wonderful people. They took care of details such as: coffee machine with capsules, bottles of water, bed and feeder for our pet.... We will definitely repeat. Thank you 😊

The experience has been very good. On the first day, Jose Ramón (Ainhoa's father) welcomed us, being very kind and explaining everything we needed to know about the accommodation and recommendations for the area and the stay. The place has a house for about 4 people with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. It also has a large patio with a barbecue, perfect for people who go with pets. In my case, the visit was with a husky, who spent 5 happy days running around the yard. Finally, Jose Ramón left us some delicious lemons from his lemon tree (if anyone visits the accommodation, ask him about those lemons, it's worth it).

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Everything was perfect, a highly recommended place. Javi has been 10/10 and the accommodation is as advertised. If I go back to Elche, I'm sure I'll come back here.

Fermín's accommodation was new with modern and tasteful decoration, it had beautiful views of the two seas and was very clean. Many extras that were worth it and make the stay very comfortable and with many options for recreational activities. There are also many options for getting around, such as bus stops, bicycles, scooters, etc. The area is very quiet, at least on the dates we traveled. We highly recommend it, Thank you Fermín!!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Great host / clear instructions and apartment was in excellent location

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Jesus was very approachable and gave clear instructions. It was nice to walk on the beach and there was plenty of space at the swimming pool.
