Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and smoke-free bed & breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Right in the city center of Emmeloord is our historical home with accompanying guest house. Partly due to its central location, our guest house "Maison de l'epée” is ideal for business travelers, among others. In the detached barn, with a private entrance, behind our house, we have made a luxury two-person guest house. It is equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance of Theater 't Voorhuys, cinema, restaurants, shops and the characteristic Poldertorn, your stay will be unique.

'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Breakfast can be added for €15 p.p. per day.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Our farm (in operation) is located 5 kilometers from the city center of Emmeloord. On the first floor is the guest house consisting of two rooms with private entrance, toilet and shower. Recreational or business, you will feel at home with us on the farm. There is a dog on the farm; Bobby, a sweet lubber. On workdays, Stevi is often there, our son's dog.
