Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Dit schattige witte huisje met een rieten dak is als uit een sprookjesboek! Alsof je even echt woont in authentiek Giethoorn. (Noord) De bootjes zijn te huur bij de buren en de prachtige bruggetjes zijn te vinden op maar 6 minuten lopen. Hier is Giethoorn ontstaan en staan de oudste huisjes aan het pad. Zonder hordes toeristen. (Die zitten in Giethoorn Zuid) Hier heerst nog heerlijke rust en de schoonheid van het oude dorp Giethoorn. Helaas niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen van 0 tot 8.

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Spend the night in a unique guesthouse

Right in the city center of Emmeloord is our historical home with accompanying guest house. Partly due to its central location, our guest house "Maison de l'epée” is ideal for business travelers, among others. In the detached barn, with a private entrance, behind our house, we have made a luxury two-person guest house. It is equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance of Theater 't Voorhuys, cinema, restaurants, shops and the characteristic Poldertorn, your stay will be unique.

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!

The cottage is cozily furnished for four people and equipped with every comfort. With two terraces, there is always a sunny or shady spot and a detached shed with a charging point for bicycles.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
