Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Banyuls-sur-Mer

We enjoyed our stay, the house is large and comfortable (special mention for the quality of the bedding). Beautiful view! Stéphanie (SCLEAN company in charge of the concierge) who received us is very friendly and very helpful, her service is really great. On the house side, a few small remarks to improve: The shower upstairs is quite poorly designed because the excess water flows into one of the rooms (the shower tray is higher than the tiles, so...), spiral staircase to reach the lower floor (where 2 bedrooms are located) very scabrous and slightly unstable, the house lacks a little personalization (no or very few paintings and decorations). It is a pity not to have specified in the description that it was necessary to climb an external staircase to reach the main living rooms (for people who have difficulty climbing stairs). Otherwise, apart from these few small remarks, the house is really nice to live in, it's worth it.

We had a wonderful stay. The road to the house is difficult to get to with a big car but nevertheless worth it for the beautiful views, the peace and quietness and the excellent house.

We were surprised and in a positive way! A perfect place to disconnect, 5 minutes from the village of Espolla and 20 minutes from the beach areas. The accommodation is equipped with everything and you can tell that Kirsten wants you to feel at home because she takes great care of the details. Absolute silence to sleep and birds that wake you up in the morning. The wifi network works well enough although there is no coverage for calls inside the house. We will definitely repeat, maybe more towards autumn to be able to light the fireplace.

Wonderful opportunity to stay in a rare gem of a village. Location is stunning and the house has all you need. We were very comfortable and rhe Internet worked well for work calls we had. We hope to return to Castelnou!

We really enjoyed our stay! Victoria was such a great host — super responsive and very flexible with check in and check out. Her home is lovely and the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the sea was amazing!

Great in every respect. We traveled 6 people: 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we felt very good from the first moment. All comfortable in this house, quiet to rest after a day of work and tourism. Everyone had their space to isolate. I also want to underline the kindness of the hosts who attended to us. Thank you very much for everything

Listing exactly matches the description. Very quiet neighborhood (late May). The underground parking space is very appreciable, especially in hot weather. Beaches accessible on foot by a promenade overlooking the sea. We were lucky to have the community pool to ourselves because it was a period with few people. The terrace with plancha and barbecue was exceptional and very large. Enrique was very responsive and gave us all the information for a good arrival. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, it is perfect for a family with children.

Excellent accommodation, super comfortable and clean. It has everything you need for a good stay and to feel at home. Xavier's instructions were super clear, he even gave us recommendations for beaches to visit.

Very nice, quiet and relaxing accommodation with a very nice sea view. A small path allows quick access to a cove. 10 minutes' walk from the village of Port de la Selva. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable, we don't lack anything. Almut and Rolf are charming and attentive. Everything was perfect. We had a great stay and will be back.

We had a great stay at David's place. The flat is well-maintained and super well located in Cadaques. There is free parking spot 2min away and you're at a 5min walk from the center, entering the town via a fun street. Really relaxing to wake up and enjoy breakfast at the sunny terrace with views over the sea - would 100% recommend.

Joan was a "super" host in every way: welcoming, communicative, helpful with advice. His home is a spacious, sun-filled terrace apartment with a peaceful view of the bay, located in the heart of the old town and just steps from the water, small shops, etc. Plenty of excellent restaurants (for kids, too), though we prepared many meals at home, thanks to a well-equipped kitchen and nearby markets and a charcuterie/cheese shop just next door. It will be hard to match this experience. Thank you, Joan and Joana!

We had an absolutely perfect week in Collioure in Agnès and Cédric's accommodation, with the sun as a bonus! The apartment is very nice, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace is a real plus, and quiet while you are in the city center. Thank you and Estelle for the welcome!

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Very pleasant stay in this heavenly setting. We liked it so much that we extended the stay by one day. Marina is a very kind and attentive host who will allow you to enjoy the stay in complete relaxation. If we go back to the region, we will definitely come back! Thank you for everything ✨

Beautiful villa with all the essentials for a great stay. High-quality Jacuzzi and sauna. Beautiful pool. Pool table, ping pong table and barbecue. The house is prettier than in the photos. The view from the terrace is superb. Esther welcomed us very warmly and explained everything there was to know to enjoy the amenities of the house. We arrive, we put down our suitcases and we enjoy. The village center, a 2-minute walk away, is beautiful. Bars, restaurants, grocery store. You can find everything on site. We also tried the Futogolf experience nearby. Fun for football fans😅. We will definitely come back to enjoy Esther's beautiful family home.

A wonderful house, very private due to the enclosed garden. Nice spaces and very well equipped in every way. The kitchen was also very nice. Children are also visibly welcome. Very welcoming reception and clear communication. We felt right at home and enjoyed it very much!

We had a great stay in this charming home that will delight those looking for calm, tranquility and large volumes. Despite the lack of amenities and activities in the village itself, everything is close by car. There is everything you need in the house to have a great time (private jacuzzi, ping-pong table, board games, books...) Finally, Michel is a really great host! Very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you for the advice and the places to discover. The only criticism is that the stay was far too short. See you soon! ☺️

We came for the weekend as a family, and we had a pleasant time. Hyper responsive hosts before our arrival, clear instructions, good welcome. The house is large and we were able to enjoy the pool and the fenced garden. Not overlooked around the house. I recommend it.
