Not all the apartments have a great view. We found it perfect. The driveway is steep, but it's a neighborhood. Very nice pool. Table tennis table and barbecue on the roof great. Great communication with your host. Recommended.

A very comfortable apartment in a perfect location. The balcony in particular was beautiful. The apartment looked exactly like the photos in the listing and was very nicely decorated. Sara the host was lovely, clear in her communications, very responsive and made some excellent recommendations. She also offers some nice local experiences. Highly recommended.

Jovana was super responsive before the trip, answering all the questions we had so quickly. She helped us out with an extra night last minute too. Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful and is located in a quiet place. Velimir and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. Whenever we needed help, they were there for us so we felt at home.

We really loved this place, everything is close, maximum 10 minutes walk. 😊

This location made sure our holiday in Montenegro was completely successful! Cottage is not very big, but has everything you need and very nice outside so you mainly live there. Amazing garden with everything you wish for yourself and your kids! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and supermarket and ideal base for day trips. Tanja and Jovo took care of everything very well, super friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended this location!

We had a lovely time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the existing kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the house's own sea access. The hosts were accommodating and helpful... gladly again.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Ivana was a great host, from helping us to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport before we arrived, to ensuring we were happy with everything during our stay. The apartment is very peaceful, especially the outside space which is great for relaxing and providing a cool and shady place to chill out when it's very hot. Only a few minutes walk to the main promenade and beach in Petrovac and close to supermarkets and really good local bakeries.

Pleasant stay at Oxana's house near the beach. Accommodation as written, helpful tips and good communication with the hostess. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, a blessing in the height of summer. Gladly come back.

Thank you Larissa for the accommodation! The house is very nice and interesting. Is next to the highway but on a dead end street so there is no hustle and bustle. You can easily slip to Maljevik Beach, even if there is traffic on the highway. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay (dishes, basic products such as oil, sugar, cereals, detergents and household products, washing machine and dishwasher. On the shady terrace you can relax even in the heat. The decoration is charming. There was no problem.

The place was way better than photos show - amazing view! The pool was so nice - room had a good kitchen, good beds and an efficient air conditioning. I would recommend a car - would not have been fun to walk up 1 km of crazy steep streets in 30 degrees C. Wi-Fi is good, when working. Host was so nice - very welcoming. My German is terrible though. I totally would recommend Vila Octopus and would gladly stay here again.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy and clean house. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains, clean swimming pools. The local kitties came to visit. The only negative is that without a car it will be inconvenient. The city, shops, entertainment and the sea are a little far away. 15 minutes by car. Thanks for the hospitality!

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

The host is very good. The house is very nice. The pool and view is spectacular. The pictures represent reality very well. The trafic is not for the fainthearted.

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Really beautiful location and amenities. Breakfast was a lovely touch and the swimming first rate. You do need a car in Montenegro but supermarket and restaurants/ beach are walkable.
