The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Treat yourself to staying in this newly built mini-house, in the middle of a quiet environment close to nature. You live within walking distance to Bokskogen, Bara outdoor swimming pool and the nice golf course The National. If you want to go to Malmö, the bus stop is only 200 meters away, and if you prefer the bike, there are also nice bike paths. The accommodation has two single beds in the loft, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen, where there is both a dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator.

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Gästhuset ligger bredvid vårt hus på en lantlig tomt. Buss 1,7 km promenad längs väg. Malmö city 11 km. Bil rekommenderas.
