Holiday rentals with a patio in Barajas

A beautiful place to spend a weekend, close to the subway. It takes about 40/50 minutes to get to the city center. We were going to a concert at the Movistar Arena and it took us 20 minutes, so we chose that location. The only negative thing I would say is that the bathroom was not perfect, the cistern was broken, the buttons and the drawers of the bathroom cabinet, otherwise everything was perfect. The beautiful terrace that the place had is worth highlighting.

It was like arriving at a relative's guest house. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and Cristina allowed us to drop off our luggage before the time and also enter the Airbnb that was available. The response time to messages is almost immediate. Cristina is very nice and kind, as is her son, whom we met when he was visiting and helped us turn on the TV once. The only time we had to contact her was because the TV wouldn't turn on, and in less than 10 minutes, they had already fixed it. Cristina's details are excellent, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a small snack, a bottle of water in the refrigerator (even though she informs us that the tap water is drinkable), there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, a brush and some toiletries. The subway station is relatively close, it's 2 or 3 blocks away. On that route there are 2 supermarkets, 1 grocery store, 1 or 2 bars and some shops. A nice park behind the house.

A truely unique gem in Madrid -- perfect for a week for our family (two adults and two young children). The street was very quiet, despite being close to it all (~10 minute walk to the Royal Palace). Just a few doors down you will find a few cute coffee shops, a great fruit and vegetable stand, and a butcher & cheese shop. And there are some great tapas bars just two blocks away (try Bodegas el Mano or Casa Tabacos). Inigo was very responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end.

A spectacular weekend with the family, very comfortable apartment for traveling with children, with all the luxury of details in the apartment, very clean sheets, bathrooms and kitchen, good noise insulation and good location for public transport

I recommend it 100%, because the accommodation is just like the photos, it is beautiful, it was clean and tidy, easy to access, and has everything you need to spend a few days. And Josefa is exceptional, responds very quickly, is very kind and clear with the information, and the detail of the cookies and coffee is a total plus.

My husband and I spent a month in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, airy, and extremely well equipped for longer stays. It's in a peaceful residential area with lots of trees, and sitting out on the terrace was lovely. There are grocery stores in walking distance along with a couple of nice restaurants and bakeries. We were delighted with how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed to prepare and cook food, along with a large fridge and freezer and lots of counter space. All of the appliances are in good working order and easy to use, and the internet is sufficient for remote working. The apartment was spotless on arrival with plenty of cleaning supplies on hand to use during our stay along with option for a cleaner. The cooling system worked great, and we stayed cool and comfortable even during a heat wave. Aurelie was lovely and so helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We would love to stay here again someday!

This place is an oasis in the very hip neighborhood of Malasaña. The apartment is just off the energetic Calle Fuencarral, on a quiet side street. It is serene and spacious. Everything you need is conveniently nearby - shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the interior patio and made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. The host’s guidebook was really helpful and he was easy to work with. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Madrid.

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Ramón's apartment is literally as he describes it. It is an oasis that you do not expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He has been attentive to our needs at all times and has been very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

Clean and spacious flat in an accessible but also quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The blackout shades in the bedroom allowed for very good sleep. 3 full bathrooms was excellent and convenient for 6 people. Strong AC for hot summer days.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Sandra María is beautiful, María too, her place is very quiet if you want to be close to the center, in a clean place, well maintained, safe area, as a person Sandra María is incredible, she welcomed us splendidly after hours in an emergency. Maria is super nice, a wonderful lady and very good at her job. Check-in was and we didn't lack anything. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely return to their accommodation without a doubt. We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

The accommodation was perfect, as seen in the photos and even better. Spacious, clean and beautiful. Highly recommended (especially if you go to the Metropolitan Stadium, it's very close). Attentive, and responds quickly to messages. Everything was perfect. Thank you!!!!!

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. Four of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Many thanks to Paola and Ceci for everything.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is 40 minutes by train from Madrid, in a peaceful environment, close to shops. There is a very nice little garden at the back of the apartment.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
