We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four family plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

The apartment is as described. We - two adults and a small dog. Franco welcomed us in person with his wife, extremely jovial and courteous. On the house table, we found some suggestions for visiting the surrounding countries and some places to eat. Barbara's location is located 25 minutes from the sea of Senigallia (for us on the free beach of Marotta with access to dogs); not far ,always from Barbara, are the villages of Pergola, Arcevia, Genga, Grotte di Frasassi, Amphitheater of Suasa, Piticchio, etc... The choice to stay here was very positive.

very friendly welcome by Marcello. There were already breakfast items available for the next morning and Paula surprised us with a delicious homemade cake. View from our terrace was beautiful. Very beautiful house with ample space, separate space for the washing machine. we would definitely recommend this.

The place is very quiet in the middle of the beautiful Marche countryside. Absolute silence, especially at night, with a fantastic cicada noise background. The house is renovated and furnished with a style suitable for the rest of the environment. Kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum. Paola and Irene are very available both in any inconvenience ( with children happens) that in giving any type of information. Garden and provided by loungers to relax in the Marche countryside. The sea is about 15-20 minutes by car and do not hear them because the road is sliding and never clogged. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning that was not even needed. My granddaughter who suffers from the heat refused to turn on the air conditioning even in the car but preferred the country wind. It's the areas that are always ventilated in the summer. For the restaurant tour we followed Paola's directions and we were always satisfied. We'll be back. Super satisfied
