Nérac: accommodation close to the historic center

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe).
