Welcome to a serene retreat nestled among a wooded forest, a gurgling brook, a candlelit fairy house and trail, the cutest and most loving pony ever and his equine friend, Ginger, a gentle chestnut mare. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Hillcrest Haven is a cozy, stylish house where you and your family can relax in comfort after a long, busy day. Located in a charming established neighborhood in Statesville, we are close to anything you might need. Take a stroll down the block to a lovely park with lake, playgrounds, pavilion, and amphitheater. Located just minutes from I-40, I-77, and historic downtown Statesville alike, Hillcrest Haven is situated near a plethora of quality restaurants and shopping options.

Large shower with seats and toiletries provided. Flat-screen TV no cable however NETFLIX! Private drive. Washer and dryer provided for guest with 2 weeks or more booking. We want to share a safe economical place for someone passing through. No parties. No smoking. No pets- no exception.

The Old Welding Shop

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Looking for a peaceful getaway but don't want to be in the boondocks, this is your destination. 45 minutes outside Charlotte, NC and centrally located for Mooresville, Salisbury, Concord, and Winston-Salem. You can shop at the large amount of antique stores all over and explore small town downtowns to your hearts delight. Have business in Charlotte but don't want to stay in Charlotte, We've got you covered! Come see what our area has to offer!

Located off exit 50 on I -77 and near I -40. Tucked in off the street, relax outside, star gaze, enjoy a pit fire, watch the fish, check out the gardens, walk up town, stroll the historic neighborhoods, enjoy all our song birds, grill some food, be our guests and enjoy yourselves! The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
