Our duplex, quietly located on the foothills of the Chartreuse, is only 4 km from the center of Chambéry, 20 minutes from Lake Bourget and Lake Aiguebelette, on the road to the Granier pass and at the start of multiple hiking trails. Well equipped, with an independent entrance and a terrace, this duplex will allow you an independent stay. Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.
