Holiday rentals with breakfast in Barberino Tavarnelle

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Familie von Benedetta, die in den Häusern nebenan wohnt, war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns gut unterhalten und tolle Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Am Anwesen wohnen noch ein Pony und zwei Hunde, die sehr freundlich und zutraulich sind, gleichzeitig aber auch die Grenzen akzeptieren, wenn man das nicht so möchte - einfach passend! Für uns war es perfekt - erholsam, ruhig und in netter Gesellschaft. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall! ❤️

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Fantastische plek, rustig, mooi uitzicht. Toen wij er verbleven was het bijna 30 graden en we hadden weinig zin om naar Grassina te lopen om daar de bus naar Florence te pakken, maar qua afstand was het vast wel te doen. Desondanks hebben wij iedere keer de auto gepakt.

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Giulia’s apartment was ideally located for our weekend in Tuscany at a wedding. It was spacious, comfortable and had parking tight outside. It has been lovingly furnished in a homily way giving it a cosy feel. Giulia as a host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend enough.

Die Wohnung von Francesco und Cecilia ist wirklich toll und die beiden sind hervorragende und sehr sympathische Gastgeber! Wir waren hier für vier Nächte mit unserem Baby und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man ist mitten in der Natur, hat einen wunderbaren Garten mit Pool und ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Supermarkt oder in Siena. Auch für weitere Ausflüge in die Toskana ist das hier ein super Startpunkt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had such a lovely stay at Paolo's place in Montepulciano! The location was beautiful and the pool was a highlight! They also had a little playground which was great for our toddler. Paolo was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for places to eat. They grow olive trees on the property, so they provided a little bottle of homemade olive oil in the kitchen, which was delicious! Thanks for having us and we hope to come back in the future!

Very easy to find and right next to two bus stops that can take you anywhere in the city. The place was cute, very clean and had everything we needed for our night in Florence. Manuel was very responsive when asking questions regarding checkin and checkout. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Florence so it would be good to utilize the public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

This property is a Tuscan heaven. The location is perfect for day trips out around the Siena region but so peaceful and quiet. Serena was incredible and runs the place so well. On top of all she does managing the property and its guests, she also cooks a delicious dinner! The breakfasts were huge and very tasty. We wanted for nothing. The pool is gorgeous and clean. What I really appreciated were all the places on the property where you could get away and enjoy the scenery, read, or nap in privacy. The room was very comfortable with amazing views, a comfortable bed, and AC that worked super well. I loved the character of the place - the farm dogs and cat, the donkeys and horse coming up in the evening, Serena’s husband’s art all over the property. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Next time!

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!

The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!

This was our second stay here and couldn’t have been happier. The family that runs Agri. Casanova de Pescille are responsive, caring and just a delight to be around. Highly recommend anyone wanting to peaceful and relaxing place to stay with access to the many small towns in Toscana consider staying here. Grazie.

En tant que femme voyageant seule je me suis sentie totalement à l'aise chez Maurizio. Il est le meilleur hôte que j'ai pu avoir. À la fois bienveillant, drôle et discret il saura vous accueillir pour vous faire sentir comme à la maison. Il m'a même cuisiné un excellent plat typique de la Toscane un soir. J'ai particulièrement apprécié nos discussions et sa culture sur l'histoire de l'art ainsi que ses recommandations de restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est un peu éloigné du centre ville mais rien d'insurmontable grâce aux bus ou à une bonne marche ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et agréable. Je ne peux que recommander ce séjour qui ne pourra que rendre encore plus inoubliable votre visite à Florence, merci Maurizio !
