Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

L’endroit parfait pour faire une pause loin du tumulte, tout en restant connecté au monde si besoin.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine est une ville dans l’Aube (10), située à 20kms de Provins et 100kms de Paris. Ce petit duplex chaleureux et douillet est situé au 1er étage près de l’église à Nogent sur Seine. Refait à neuf, il lui reste un stigmate de son ancienne vie, les escaliers sont très étroits et raides, et les marches sont courtes. Il a malgré tout été rénové par Maytop (concours Lépine), qui l’a sécurisé grâce à des nez de marches anti-dérapants. Toutefois, je le déconseille aux enfants.

They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.
