Large independent T1 on the ground floor in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Facilities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young child. 25 minutes from the resort of La Feclaz (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski touring, sleigh dog...). All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines to Chambéry in 15 minutes .

Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... You can relax here summer and winter!! Idyllic setting, a beautiful south facing terrace with views of the Granier and the Belledonne massif. Passionate about outdoor sports we can guide you to explore the surrounding area. Hikes are available on foot. In winter, you are 20 minutes from the Féclaz cross-country ski resort by car, 50 minutes from the first ski resort in the Belledonne massif (7 Laux..) From 01.05 to 30.09 a swimming pool is available (not heated).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Apartment close to the resorts and lake, ideal location 20 minutes from La Feclaz, 20 minutes from Lake Bourget. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. 15 m² terrace with views of La Croix du Nivolet and La Chapelle St Michel. Hiking trails very close by and shops nearby (Vival, butcher, etc.). Everything is on site to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Fête et soirée interdite ! T2 à l’étage de notre maison où nous vivons avec ma famille . L’entrée est indépendante, l’appartement également. La ligne de bus qui mène au centre ville en 15 min passe à 50 mètres de l’appartement. Le quartier est très calme, nous sommes entourés par les montagnes et les commerces. Places de stationnement dans la cour devant la maison. Barby est limitrophe à Challes les Eaux, à 10 min à vélo

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. A parking space is available in front of the studio to charge electric cars (10 euros for charging, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will need to park on the street 20m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a senseo with pods. The studio has a 140x190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in the summer for cool nights.

Are you coming to spend the weekend or week to ski, hike or other in our beautiful region? Our pretty studio is for you! It is located in a quiet residential area, near the center of the village, 10 minutes from Chambéry, 25 minutes from the Féclaz resort (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 45 minutes from the 7 Laux (downhill skiing). Highway access 3 minutes away! The studio has amenities for a pleasant stay for two.

The studio of more than 20 m² is comfortable (real bed 140 x 190), it has private bathrooms and a kitchenette, with stove, microwave and grocery base, tea, coffee, oil... The decor is simple and vintage. From the window you can see the train station and the SNCF rotunda, in the distance the Epine mountain range.
