En hiver, vous êtes à 20min de la station de ski de fond de la Féclaz en voiture, 50min des première station de ski du massif de Belledonne (7 Laux..) Du 15.06 au 15.09 une piscine est à disposition (non chauffée).

Facilities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young child. 25 minutes from the resort of La Feclaz (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski touring, sleigh dog...). All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines to Chambéry in 15 minutes .

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Petit salon convertible en chambre avec canapé-lit 2 places menant à une salle de bains, petite mais fonctionnelle (douche+wc). Situé à 30 min maximum des lacs l'été ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc), et des premières pistes de ski l'hiver (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Pleasant 50 m2 south-facing 2-room apartment, with 1 warm living room with balcony, a bedroom, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate kitchen with a very nice view of the Belledonne and Granier mountain ranges. Located in a building with elevator, and free parking in a very quiet area close to shops and Buisson Rond Park. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to the city of Chambéry and a 15-minute drive to Lake Bourget.

Discover this 2-room apartment located in the municipality of Challes-Les-Eaux at the foot of the hiking trails and the lake. There is all the equipment for the kitchen: oven, stove, microwave. There is also a raclette machine, kettle and coffee machine. Sheets and towels are provided. You will find a bus stop 300 m away to go to the city center of Chambéry. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access.

Quiet and Comfortable Located near the train station on the Cassine side, and close to the city center. The studio of more than 20 m² is comfortable (real bed 140 x 190), it has private bathrooms and a kitchenette, with stove, microwave and grocery base, tea, coffee, oil... The decor is simple and vintage. From the window you can see the train station and the SNCF rotunda, in the distance the Epine mountain range.

Parties and events are forbidden! T2 upstairs of our house where we live with my family. The entrance is independent, the apartment too. The bus line that leads to the city center in 15 min passes 50 meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, we are surrounded by mountains and shops. Parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the house. Barby is adjacent to Challes les Eaux, 10 min by bike

Independent studio in house.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. Parking is available in front of the studio to recharge electric cars (10 euros per recharge, to be paid on site). Thermal cars must park on the street 20 m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo with pods. The studio has a 140 x 190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in summer for cool nights.
