Bright room with balcony in Casa Lolita Guesthouse, in the best area of the l'Eixample neighborhood. Only 500 meters from Passeig de Gràcia and 900 meters from Plaza Cataluña. It has a SHARED BATHROOM with two other rooms, Smart TV to watch Netflix, a/c and heating, fiber optic internet, desk to work and many more amenities. It has a small balcony overlooking Calle Bruc. You can also use the common areas of the hostel: Kitchen and large terrace.
