Holiday rentals with a pool in Barcelos

Very large house and exceeded expectations. It's a nice and quiet space. It's great for getting friends together and going for a walk or staying by the pool.

What a wonderful place. Overlooking beautiful green country vista. Incredible outdoor space with endless lawns, a gorgeous swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with BBQ setup. The indoors is small but cleverly designed. We had such a great time, we just wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a very good stay in this beautiful luxury spacious home. Everything was present and it was very clean. The swimming pool was well maintained. The stay was simply perfect! The space is huge, a real farmhouse, surrounded by nature and with a peace that makes us really disconnect from the world. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and everything was neatly clean and prepared with great affection. I also recommend the activities organized by the host — we took a horseback ride on the beach that was simply spectacular, an unforgettable experience! It's the urge to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool as it should. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay and welcome! The house is huge, with 4 bathrooms, it is very well recovered as well as outdoor space; swimming pool, voley fields and football. The movie and gaming room is an asset that has been greatly appreciated. The barbecue is very functional. The whole family loved it. Thank

Beautiful place to stay, central location in the region. We visited Braga and Porto and further north. Nice recommendations from João and he was always responsive with communication. Best to have a small car as the road up is steep and narrow. The house and annex are very comfortable and well equipped.

A perfect place, we went with our family with our 3-year-old son, fenced garden area with trampoline, pool, slide and swing. The accommodation is carefully decorated, between modern and old with exposed stone, overlooking the church steeple! We didn't have time to taste the leitão, but one thing is for sure, we'll be back

The house and its very well-maintained green spaces the pool is great. The rooms are very spacious and the best of the best: one bathroom per room. Thank you for the responsiveness of the hosts who listened to us. We had a great time in Avignon

Fantastic apartment a little far from the city, so a good idea to rent a car. Otherwise, the train/metro worked really well and the taxi was cheap.

We had a great stay, the accommodation offered was totally in line with what we had seen in the photos, very clean with good quality furniture, very quiet. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and the garden superb (congratulations to the owners for the maintenance!). André and his wife are very pleasant and full of attention (for example we received mint and lemons from their garden). Although the house is inhabited by the owners, the private garden of the accommodation and its separate entrance give a real feeling of privacy. Access to the pool is very appreciable when it is hot. Although the accommodation is a little far from the shops (only a bakery and pharmacy nearby), this is largely offset by a very quiet and relaxing environment for a vacation! We'll definitely be back on an upcoming trip to the area. Thank you André for your welcome and see you soon!

Very large and nice ground floor apartment. More beautiful in person than what you expect based on the photos. Everything is available, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. Well-maintained seats, lots of cooking utensils. Beautiful pool and well-kept communal garden. Very Portuguese feeling. If you want to do different activities, that can be a bit annoying because you only have 1 key to the apartment.

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

Francisca, in addition to being extremely friendly, is super available and helps in everything that is needed. All the spaces in the house were clean and prepared to welcome us. We really enjoyed the experience, so we highly recommend it!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

Sandra's terraced house is fantastically embedded in an architecturally beautiful hotel complex from the 50s. It is quiet and you can take very nice walks on the beach, river delta or to Fao directly from there. The house is not only architecturally beautiful, but also excellent for everyday use (kitchen, terrace, even a wood stove for heating). The communication was excellent. We highly recommend the house and Sandra as a host!

We had an excellent family holiday at this lovely Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to local attractions. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway!
