Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. Cascais Amazing Pool House With Shared Plunge Pool

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Casa da Quinta do Magriço is set in a 1-hectare space of manicured gardens and Port wine vineyards, where guests can stroll and enjoy the many romantic corners for rest or reading.
