Independent 50 m2 apartment located in the heart of Soule between Mauléon Licharre (5 min) and Tardets (10 min). The apartment consists of: - on the ground floor: an entrance and a laundry room - on the first floor (access by stairs): a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, oven and microwave). Covered parking and private access complete the outdoor accommodation.
