La Petite Maison du Fort (right next to the Fort)

Built in the 18th century, this small house is the outbuilding of the Fort designed by Vauban, which is located right next door. It's not about the Fort. Rare and unique defensive architectural vestige of the French coasts, this place is rustic, surrounded by nature, quiet and on the edge of the immense beach of Vauville. Cozy people refrain! Newly refurbished stone barn full of light and color in a cute village just 1 km from the sea. Wood floors and natural insulation give a feeling of warmth. Upstairs living room leads to sunny roof terrace or go out of kitchen to shady private garden. Home-cooked meals of homegrown or local produce available on request, as well as visits of our mini-farm and garden. Well-appointed kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker.
