The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Spacious sea-view studio apartment

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

A HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE. (open from April 1st to October 15th) From the beginning of July to the end of August, arrivals are only on Saturdays and departures on Friday or Saturday. Ideal for a family stay, this charming house of character will offer you all the comforts you need for a great vacation.
