L’alloggio di Donatella è esattamente come nelle foto: curato, accogliente e immerso nella quiete. Appena si chiude il cancello, si entra in un’oasi privata dove ci si sente subito a casa. La terrazza coperta è perfetta per pranzare o cenare all’aperto con ogni tempo, godendo della splendida vista sulla valle. Abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. La piscina era pulita e il panorama davvero rilassante. I nostri due cani si sono sentiti subito a loro agio: lo spazio è grande e tutto recintato, quindi sicuro. I negozi e tutto il necessario si trovano nelle vicinanze, e in 15 minuti si arriva al mare di Lido di Camaiore. La casa è ben attrezzata, funziona tutto come dovrebbe. Donatella e suo figlio sono sempre disponibili, gentili e si impegnano davvero molto per far star bene gli ospiti. Comunicazione semplice e veloce. Grazie per l’ospitalità e l’attenzione ai dettagli! Torneremmo molto volentieri.

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. This was one of our most memorable holidays. A guided tour to the house to which upon arrival I cannot describe the stunning, magical, peaceful view and surroundings! All made us most welcome! The surrounding towns (Callodi, Montecarlo, Pistoia), cities (Lucca) close by (30 mins) and trains to Florence very relaxing. The farmhouse, with great character, was comfortable, cool, and well equipped with many a family feast overlooking the valley under stars swimming. Many thanks to the loyal gardener! Amazing. A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Das Haus in Matraia bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das gesamte Haus war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit Katia – sie war jederzeit erreichbar, äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gleichzeitig ist das Haus ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die wunderschöne Toskana – mit dem Auto sind viele Highlights gut erreichbar. Ich kann den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a great stay at Il nido. The house felt perfect for five of us to use as a base for our stay. Immediately comfortable and cosy, with an excellent kitchen, and and a wonderful space for us to be together in. Spotlessly clean, and convenient with bathrooms arranged over two floors. A short but steep walk into town for all amenities, and the elevation providing us great views from the garden pergola. Friendly hosts whom we saw from time to time were attentive. All in all, we couldn't have wished for a better base for our cycling trip! Thank you, Craig

Heerlijk verblijf. Schoon, ruim, lekker zwembad. Goed gelegen, rustige omgeving. Paar kleine zaken als iets te weinig spullen in de keuken, achterdeur naar terras klemt en gaat slecht open en het warme water bij de wastafel was er niet. Maar dat zijn kleine zaken. Overall zeker aan te raden. Oh, en volgns zoon en schoondochter is de gelateria bij de top supermarkt Essalunga ook een prima tip. En verder is de osteria moderna in de stand Pescia ook een aanrader.

It is hard to find the superlatives to describe this absolutely wonderful villa. We spent 3 nights there with a group of 8 friends and really did not want to leave. The setting of the property is even more amazing than on the pictures: a shady terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with a pool in the middle, surrounded by lush hillsides and sweeping views of the valley beneath - all of this in complete calm, peace and quiet. Really, like in a dream. Moreover, the place is extremely well-equipped, with a separate BBQ room, pizza oven, changing rooms/towels/sunbeds for the pool area, extra-large fridge and full kitchen with all the modern amenities. Everything was spotless clean. You can also feel the attention to little details in all aspects of the villa. The location is quite remote, so better to come by car. Virginia and Daniela were super kind and delightful, + very easy to communicate with (they live in an attached house). They even offer dinner from locally grown food. Great stay!

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen für unser Trainingscamp hier und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa. Es ist wirklich noch schöner, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hätten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur einer Hand voll anderer Häuser kann man perfekt abschalten - ob am Pool, im Garten oder in Haus selbst. Zara und Mark sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort und außerdem jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zara hat uns bei einer kleinen morgendlichen Wanderung die Umgebung gezeigt. Diese Plätze hätten wir ohne sie niemals gefunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The house and garden offered a great atmosphere with its nice places to sit and relax or having our meals. Thank you Elena and Eugenio for your hospitality and great service.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Sie liegt etwas abseits von Lucca, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und die gesamte Unterkunft sehr sauber. Wir waren mit allem rund um zufrieden. Lediglich die Einfahrt gestaltet sich als Abenteuer und kann eher nur mit Kleinwagen erfolgen.

Soggiorno splendido a Villa Vittoria, immersa nel verde alle porte di Lucca, città meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il campo da tennis e l'area palestra con vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il campo da calcio e la piscina non li abbiamo usati, ma quest’ultima è davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Massima privacy e tranquillità: ideale per staccare la spina. La villa è curata nei dettagli e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e silenziosi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni.

Dana's house is a jewel in itself, not only what you see in the pictures is what you will find at the location, but also there was a lot of attention to details, starting from all the appliances in the house, to the welcoming with everything you could eventually need for a stay in an house in Lucca, and possibly more. Dana herself was proactive and helpful, and she even went the extra mile on a few requests and helping me out with an issue I had (not related to her house). The location per se is amazing, a bit far from Lucca'a walls, but easily manageable with a good walk or, even better, by biking there. For this reason though, it can be reached via car, have a nearby parking, and for those reason it will also represent a nice starting point to explore all the whereabouts.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). absolutely amazing!! Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Badezimmer, Handtücher, Waschmittel - alles) sauber und perfekt von der Lage um runter zu kommen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und der Check In sehr freundlich. Auch bei Rückfragen, haben wir freundliche und schnelle Antworten erhalten. Der WLAN Empfang war gut aber weniger geeignet für ab 4 Leuten, die gleichzeitig arbeiten wollen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dann für die Gastfreundschaft 🙏

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

The villa is situated on the outskirts of Greve in Chianti. For us it was a perfect location - enjoy country views yet walkable to the town centre for restaurants and shops. Four double rooms, each with an ensuite/shower. Everything you need for a great time - swimming pool, terrace with built in BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and large range cooker. Kitchen table was ideal as we could all fit round and it made the kitchen the social hub as we used the comfy lounge for those quieter moments. Definitely recommend. We would be happy to go back.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Wir haben uns bei Pina rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist für viele Personen bestens geeignet. Unser Highlight war das gemeinsame Pasta kochen mit Pina und das Nutzen des Pizza Ofens. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und deutlich großzügiger als auf den Fotos erkennbar.

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!
