Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, 400 meters from the AV. Bustillo, KM 11. Bus stop and store 200 meters away. Commercial-gastronomic premises and others 500 meters away. Private garden with grill and stove. Garage on the property for 2 cars. Fully equipped for a maximum of 7 people. Full kitchen, integrated liv-com, alarm, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Nice Quiet cabin ideal for a couple, host two people well . 80 MB FIBER OPTIC INTERNET We lend you 2 bikes to move 5 min walk to Natural Reserve: Hikes, mountains, rivers, skiing area, and MTB trails. Sauna to coordinate its use! Close to brewery, restaurant in front of the lake and 10 min bike ride to good food store. Great location close to Nature and not far from town. Public Bus to town is a block and a half from the cabin. We have a garden and a nice deck in sunny days. NO TV.

It is a spacious, bright and cozy studio house. It has all the amenities, fiber optic Wi-Fi Internet, linens, towels, and down comforters. It is fully equipped. Grill area. Housekeeping service. The house is located in a garden next to another house. You can't see one house from the other. Total privacy. A place where you can enjoy privacy, close to a very complete shopping mall: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, service station, etc.
