Beautiful front lake loft very modern and with lake access. It also has Incredible views from everywhere, specially the room! Just one step and you will get into the beach and the Nahuel Huapi! Excellent lake coast, incredible view of Bariloche

Beautiful house on the lake shore and incredible view of the mountains and Lake Gutiérrez. Two floors, a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a study, two full bathrooms, a toilet, laundry room, barbecue grill and parking. In summer, enjoy the beach, kayaking, hiking, or cycling. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third has two twin beds. In winter, an excellent location for those who want to enjoy skiing in Cerro Catedral.
