Tim's place was great! Felt like home. View is amazing! Cathedral wood ceilings make the place so warm and cozy. Kitchen and bathroom clean with upgrades. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, N. Conway, and both Crawford and Pinkham notch for hiking and other adventures. Tim was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 teenage boys and 2 pets. The house was super clean.The kitchen and fridge were well stocked and had all that you need to feel at home.The house is in quiet and serene surroundings. Toiletries, towels and basic skin care needs were also well stocked. The place is within 8-10minutes to all major attractions, stores and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely come gain for autumn.

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was great. it was rainy until the morning we checked out, which was a bummer, but the covered hot tub area was used each night instead. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic spices. I brought my own coffee for the Keurig but there was complimentary coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa available as well. lots of games to play, artwork to look at. the dishwasher is very small so you can't fit much in there but luckily we were only 2 people. the only slight negative was the pellet stove being in the bedroom downstairs, only because of how noisy it is when it's running. it made it near impossible to sleep with it on if you're a light sleeper at all. overall, fantastic stay and thank you so much
