The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist auf dem höchsten Standard, sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Details wie, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine private Veranda und Außendusche heben diese Unterkunft auf das nächste Level. Aber noch exklusiver ist die Lage, die Villa liegt direkt am Stadtstrand auf einem großen Anwesen in einem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Die Gastgeber Angelo und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit den besten Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Die besten Restaurants sind alle nur 2-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous y avons passé quatre nuits parfaites, la villa est très bien équipée, tout est fonctionnel, deux Internet un pour le haut un pour le bas. La cuisine était aussi bien équipée et permettait de faire les repas sans problème. L’emplacement pour l’auto est un plus c’est spacieux, c’est propre. On se sent en sécurité. Le patio extérieur est couvert ce qui permet de l’utiliser même lorsque la température est maussade. Nous avons rencontré les autres lors de notre départ, ils revenaient d’un voyage à l’extérieur du pays, ce sont des gens extrêmement sympathiques et qui communiquent d’une façon extraordinaire. Communiquer en anglais ne représente aucun problème pour David et Lucia se débrouille très bien également. Le téléviseur est un Smart TV. C’est un coin d’ancrage idéal pour visiter la région aux alentours. Nous sommes des voyageurs canadiens expérimentés, nous recommandons l’endroit sans réserve.

Super miejsce! Bardzo urokliwa willa ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Bardzo blisko do sklepów, z widokiem na morze, z pięknym ogrodem a pieski na posesji sprawiają, że widać w niej życie :)! Było nam bardzo milo u Pani Danieli i gdy nadarzy się taka okazja chcielibyśmy mieszkać w podobnej okolicy. Krótkim spacerem do urokliwego centrum miasteczka Giovinazzo jest tylko 15 minut pieszo , które jest jedyne w swoim rodzaju! Co do wyposażenia w Willi wszystko zgodne z opisem i bardzo przystosowane dla ludzi, którzy chcą przygotowywać posiłki na własną rękę i spędzać czas na różne sposoby. Sama miejscowość Giovinazzo jest super bazą wypadową do innych miast regionu jak Bari, Trani czy Polignano a Mare. W szczególności będzie podobać się osobą, którzy cenią sobie spokój i urok mniejszych włoskich miasteczek a nam na takim zależało. Gospodarze zawsze służyli pomocą i z najwyższą dbałością przygotowali miejsce naszego wypoczynku abyśmy czuli się komfortowo. Serdecznie polecamy!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré un retard de 4h de notre avion et une arrivée très tardive (minuit). Merci Mattia et Angela pour votre gentillesse! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle région. Le logement est conforme aux photos, avec en sus une 3ème chambre dans un espace extérieur à la maison. 2 logements mitoyens avec des terrasses séparées préservant l'intimité de chacun mais faible isolation phonique au niveau de la chambre adjacente au 2ème logement

Villa accogliente, fresca (patio ottimo per pranzi e cene), in zona residenziale adatta per chi cerca tranquillità. Pulizia eccellente, dotazioni più che complete (anche attrezzature per il mare). Giardino recintato ottimo per il cane per chi vuole lasciarlo a casa. Elisabetta, che ringraziamo, gentilissima, preparata, sempre disponibile per le necessità.

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is a small semi-detached house on a private street. The sea is roughly 5 minute walk, but the nearest beach is a bit too rough for swimming. There is another beach about 15 minutes away (5 mins by car). The house was clean and nice, surrounded by trees, and has a lovely outdoor seating area. There is a fantastic pizzeria (Pulcinella) 5 mins walkable distance. There are mosquito nets in all of the windows, which was very helpful. There was a loud party in one of the nearby houses until about midnight on Friday night. We didn't mind, but take this into account if looking for something quiet. The sound insulation to the neighbors is also not the strongest, but again not a big deal for us. Overall we would recommend this place.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, la casa estaba muy bien y muy limpia. Lo mejor el trato de Gerry y su amabilidad. Nos ayudó muchísimo con el tema de los transportes y nos respondía siempre rápidamente. Recomendable 100%

Villa is in a great location with a breathtaking view, you can see all of trani and the sea. Everything around the villa looks very beautiful, garden, olive trees, palms, very relaxing. Definitely recommend to stay here.

We thought this was the best Airbnb we have stayed at! The photos do not do it enough justice - it was/is wonderful. Our host, Giovanni, was always very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Ippazio ist ein sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber. Die Anlage, der Pool und die Mähe zum Meer laden zum Entspannen ein. Ich empfehle unbedingt Focaccia bei „Da Luciano - La Fonte Del Pane“ zu kaufen. Wer mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad leben kann, kann ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben, Ipazzio war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat immer auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Die Preisleistung war sehr gut, ich habe oft die ganze Umgebung easy mit dem Zug erkunden können um so viel wie möglich von der Küste zu sehen . Die Verbindung war sehr easy da die Station ca.10 Minuten entfernt war . Alles in allem ein schöne Zeit in Bari und Umgebung

Vous trouverez avec Giovanni un excellent accueil, une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité dans un domaine très agréable et un cadre, au milieu des oliviers, enchanteur. Une propreté exemplaire, une très agréable piscine et un grand espace fort agréable. La localisation est excellente car à bonne distance de tous les lieux qu'il faut voir dans les Pouilles. Franchement un hébergement à recommander sans restrictions et des hôtes qui gagnent à être connus

Mocno polecam to miejsce! Cena adekwatna do oferty. Mimo, że były części wspólne to czuliśmy bardzo dużo prywatności. Pokój dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, mały ale wystarczający na noclegi, do pokoju przynależy duży salon z którego można korzystać. Plus za ręczniki i suszarkę do włosów! Ogromnym atutem domu jest piękny basen z ogrodem, okolica jest spokojna i cicha można wypocząć po eksploracji centrum Bari i innych okolicznych atrakcji. Bardzo blisko do morza gdzie można znaleźć restaurację z przepysznym jedzeniem !! Kontakt z gospodarzem doskonały. Gorąco polecam

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La famille qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et ils nous ont donné de nombreuses informations et conseils pour notre séjour. Je recommande fortement cette maison.

Ik heb een heerlijke tijd gehad. De kamer en het bed was confortabel. Badkamer was helemaal ok. Er is een waterkoker in de gedeelde ruimte aanwezig en een koelkast. Zwembad is groot en fijn om in te zwemmen. Locatie is fijn. Dicht bij zee. Restaurants en supermarkt in de buurt. Treinstation is in de buurt (er vertrekken niet veel treinen per uur). Leuk haventje in de buurt. Ippazio is een fijne host; vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook reageert hij snel op berichten. Kortom, het was een fantastisch weekend.
