Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Barnegat Bay

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Bill and Dee’s place in Ocean Gate, NJ! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway with our dog, Max. The location was perfect—just a short walk to local spots. Bill and Dee were friendly, responsive hosts who made the whole process easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept rental near the shore!

This Stafford Township property proved excellent for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the bed and living room comfortable. The house is elevated on pilings, so the outside deck provides great views of the bay and marshland. Two good restaurants are a short walk distant. Despite inclement weather, LBI, Tuckerton, and nearby surroundings provided more to explore than we could manage within a few days. Clear, timely communication with the owners made this visit effortless.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. We had a great day from start to finish Jaclyn was more than accommodating. She thought of everything and was responsive throughout our entire trip. She was flexible with check-in and check out, which was super important for us. The location was great and walkable to local bars and restaurants as well as the beach and Bay. Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

Home was spacious and immaculate. The game room was a huge hit being we had a rainy weekend. The hot tub was larger than we expected and kept very prestigious. Would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway . If the boardwalk isn’t for you there is plenty to do here from game room, hot tub, fire pit for s’mores, bbq, and a table for a nice family dinner.

We had a great time at this place as a group of friends. Super clean, quiet, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Enjoyed the large sofas and sitting around the dining table. One bathroom to share was easy

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

If i could give John Anthony and Alysons condo more than 5 stars i would! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It have everything we needed and was spotless! Location was perfect for exploring since this was our first time in Seaside. Our favorite part was enjoying time on the rooftop and seeing the beautiful sunset from up there. Kishore was amazing. It was a very last minute booking. Everything exceeded expectations. Truly a find at the Ortley Beach. Would definitely stay again. I truly appreciated the rapid response time to my questions.

Kenny and his wife were very accommodating. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Everything is in walking distance - breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream. Nice neighborhood and pretty quiet! Bed was comfy, shower is awesome. The lounge chairs on the balcony is a nice touch!

Wow. What a stay. Thank you Allie for an incredible time in Asbury. The place was even nicer than pictured, location was perfect, and Allie went above and beyond as a host. A must stay if you are in the area wanting to be near the town and beach, but also in peaceful townhome.

It was an incredibly cozy and pretty studio space with thoughtful amenities. All the furniture felt comfortable and the host made us feel at home. The place was somewhat difficult to find but, nonetheless, the host was super clear and instructive with how to get in! We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect Airbnb for a relaxing and cozy vacation!
