Staying with Jacob and Payton was wonderful! These hosts were very proactive and friendly, messaging right after booking up until I left. The space was very clean, cozy, and private. One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

Great location! Well maintained. Enjoyed sunrises from the back deck. Very walkable to Decatur House where my mom lives, also Beth’s Bakery, Lo Adora for great Italian takeout and wine, ant the Sandwich Boardwalk! Mark was very friendly and hardworking at keeping his property in great shape. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

Spotlessly, immaculately clean. Cozy. Super fast WiFi. Everything one could possibly want for. Just as described. The hosts are just the greatest people you’ll ever meet… I could go on about why I always stay here when I’m on the Cape, but this place is second to none. Thanks Gonzalo & Beatriz!!

The family was really nice, and helpful! The place was amazing, clean, very well decorated, with extra amenities, making the stay so much more inviting! Flexible check in and check out schedule, and great location! Will definitely be booking again, in the near future :)

The weather washed out our Cape Cod days, but the rental was nice. Would love to stay there during better weather!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

It was a beautiful and peaceful place to land after our wedding! We are grateful for the time and would love to come back some day. Sharon, Deb and Rhianna are the most wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We will always have lovely memories from here!!

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.

We had an amazing week staying here. We booked last minute and Marlene was nothing but responsive and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and also had a pool, very close to everything and a lot to do!
