Marjory is the kindest, most thoughtful host. And the studio is perfect. Quiet, and surrounded by the most peaceful West Tisbury meadows. It’s the ideal launching place for up island explorations, days at Lamberts Cove, and just generally relaxing and getting into that deep calm of rural Vineyard vibes. I’ll be back!

Paul’s place is like a museum! So much history and he takes great pride in it! Tracey met us and gave us all the important info we needed! We got settled in and felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable and the newly refinished bathroom was large with a shower that had great pressure. The breakfast the next morning, wow! It was perfection! Thank you Tracey and Paul! We will definitely be back!

Bill was super helpful under challenging circumstances. He confirmed the reservation really quickly, which was needed. And when i needed extra assistance, it was provided without hesitation. It is a beautiful location, right on the beach. And the price was really reasonable for what we needed. Altogether a great experience!

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

David was friendly, google maps navigated us to the wrong place at first, we ran into David through the back door of the house and he helped us find the right spot.Nice clean room with heater inside, we slept comfortably.There were bagels and coffee in the morning, I got up late and only had coffee.The house is nice and quiet around and has a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We very much enjoyed staying at Carol's home. It was very cozy and clean, and she greeted us and even introduced her dogs and cat. It had everything we could ever need and it's in a prime location, we would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place in Eastham, Cape Cod. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. Nancy was warm, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips that made exploring the area even better. Her communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was effortless. We also got to meet her sweet and playful dog, which added a personal touch. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere of the house was calm, peaceful, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Kathy’s Inn. It was charming and comfortable and Kathy was attentive to anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, we loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Irene and Roger were extremly responsive and considerate even if our arriving was past midnight. We were impressed by their attention to detail, and the morning breakfast they served. They also provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attactions.

Freddy is a treasure and to stay in his Airbnb has been an honor. It's really well located and his extensive knowledge of all the happenings during the weekend positioned us right in the heart of the action.

“Lovely” is what comes to mind when I think of my stay at Martin’s Inn. The decorations and beautiful back porch views made for a quaint getaway accommodation! Our trip was only improved by Martin’s kindness to our group. He made sure we knew the best places in town and even gave us rides, when we wanted! Will absolutely be looking to come back. Can’t recommend enough!

We absolutely loved staying at Lavender Bay and wished we could have stayed longer! Bill and Tami were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful! The breakfast each morning on the little balcony was delicious. But what really stood out to us was the beauty of the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, and Bill’s and Tami‘s garden is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and can recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Cape Cod.

A friend and I spent one night at Carol and Jeff’s inn. We had a lovely room with access to a porch, where we spent quite a bit of time. Carol and Jeff are very welcoming hosts and have have thought of everything for furnishing their rooms for guest comfort and convenience. The included breakfast was truly excellent, everything freshly and skillfully prepared. Now that I know they are there, I will stay with them on my trips to the area.

Charming, clean, comfortable. Great location one block from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and lots of shops and restaurants in town. The hosts went out of their way to help me arrange a shuttle from airport and even offered to buy a sandwich and leave it in my room since I would be arriving after all the restaurants were closed. Wonderful, very ample breakfast with lots of variety- quiche, granola, fruit, toast etc. served in the morning. The other guest were very friendly and enjoyed sharing notes on their travels. Highly recommended!

Donna and Marc were amazing. They are such nice people with great hospitality. Our room was spotless clean and they really care about sanitation during these challenging times. We felt safe and comfortable staying at LongDell. The breakfast was delicious! We preferred to have our breakfast outside at the table next to their beautiful waterfall fountain and mini pond. They gave us great suggestions on where to eat or where to go. You can borrow the beach chairs and towels from them which was really nice. The beach is 15 minute walk from the Inn, so you don't have to pay for parking at the beach ($25 per day). There is a very nice ice cream shop near LongDell where you can enjoy delicious homemade ice-cream! We went on a walk at the skunknett river wildlife sanctuary nearby which was beautiful! (6 min drive from the Inn). LongDell is a quiet place where you can have some piece of mind and enjoy the positivity around! Thanks you so much Marc and Donna! We are definitely coming back :)

Sara was awesome! We will definitely stay here again if we were in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, and Sara was welcoming, communicative, and conversational while looking out for the comfort of us as guests. Just make sure you are respectful of the space as you are staying in a room in her home. Thanks so much Sara, it was so nice to meet you!

Our host was incredibly friendly. The communication for our late check in (after dark) was clear and easy to follow. The room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and will consider this location again.

This is now my THIRD time coming to this AirBnB! And everything is just as amazing as I remembered it. I brought another friend of mine and she absolutely loved it. It is so peaceful and it’s the perfect place to have some downtime. As usual, Greg and Jackie make an amazing breakfast in the morning of either pancakes or French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit salad, yogurt, etc. And I always enjoy my conversations with them. I’m definitely returning this summer!

The best of Airbnb, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet, in a beautiful idyllic home on Cape Cod. Nelly was pleasant, available, responsive, and made all elements of the stay very easy and comfortable. She expressed genuine interest in helping me enjoy my time on Cape Cod, and we had a lovely conversation over a delicious breakfast. Exactly the experience I seek on Airbnb, highly recommended.

I stayed at Jackie & Greg’s beautiful home for a few nights for a work conference. Such a lovely place!!! I stayed at the Sandbar room — Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and with amazing views right on the ocean. Greg made an amazing breakfast (best pancakes I’ve ever had!). I loved having my own balcony to watch the sunrises. I can’t wait to come back with the rest of my family! Thank you so much for making a work trip feel like vacation! They also shared great recommendations on places to eat - I highly recommend Tomatoes Italian restaurant in Sandwich and a lobster roll from the Seafood Shanty!

This was our 4th or 5th year coming here. My Summer wouldn’t be complete without staying here. The views are incredible!! I just love sitting out on the balcony all day long listening to the waves. It’s so peaceful & relaxing. One of my favorite places! The breakfast is always soo good to. Always sad to leave but looking forward to coming back next year.
