The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. It is located in a quiet and green area in the heart of the Entre de Mers vineyards and halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. This cottage would be perfect for a student or someone coming to work in the area.
