Located on the north coast of Alagoas, 45 km from Maceió. In a gated community, 400 meters from the beach. Quiet, ventilated place, with space to play football, volleyball and basketball. It has a hammock area (7 hammocks), a children's playground, slackline, private pool and game room, with billiards and foosball. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with a barbecue grill. Up to 16 people (with young children up to 20) Rabbits, ducks and birds are raised on the property.
